In an act of grandiose announcement, Luna had a tower dropped from orbit, though it settled down gently. From here, Luna grows plants native to her homeworld, as well as entertains guests. The ground floor contains a lobby and a dining room, where the various diplomats may entertain guests. The rest of the structure is various electronics, greenhouses, and arboretums.
At the very top of the tower is her bedroom, a rather simple room. The walls are white, and a Full sized bed sits against the wall, with a wooden dresser, a closet, a comfortable chair with table, a nightstand, an alarm clock, and a large window with curtains. The bedspread is cream-colored, and there are two fluffy pillows on each bed. On the center of the dresser is a white cloth that holds a bowl of those glass half-beads with water in it, though just below the tops of the beads. Shoots of bamboo are growing in them. She also has a vase in the windowsill, a strange red plant growing, with a few of its spiky leaves missing.
The tower is made of tritanium duralloy and [REDACTED], the same metals used to make starship armor. The entire structure soars a mile into the sky, with a supersonic lift to get folks to various levels. The tower contains a shield generator that can envelop the entire tower, capable of surviving a nuclear explosion. There is a second shield that encompasses the entire town in the event of an emergency. The tower, as a defensive measure, is also laced with Cold iron, nullifying most types of magic, though elemental, druidic, and divine magic is unaffected.
Each diplomat gets an office and a greenhouse space, for any plants that he/she/it might wish to display or grow, for an number of reasons. Each diplomat warrants their own floor, with no order of precedence. The entire tower, barring personal living space and restricted areas are open to the public.
Each diplomat gets a bedroom with a similar decoration (That can be changed) to Luna's room. This bedroom is on the floor they are assigned and is intended for any time the diplomat cannot get home due to business or any reason they wish.
The elevator is voice activated. Just speak the name/race/nation of the diplomat you wish to see, and the elevator will take you there.
Luna herself has been called away on a mission.
Until she returns, whether that be in a year or a century, the tower is the property of Janhall.
