Unlike the rest of Occulas and far beyond, in the far east of North Occulas lies the largest desert known to Magic Earth. Albanoch is at times, scorching hot, has hundreds of sand dunes, bares the heat-adapted wildlife and a few small hospitable areas such as Olyphia or Greehde, the City of Gold. If not for the Oasis, the only nice place to be within tens or maybe even hundreds of miles is Olyphia, unless you enjoy black markets and gambling. Albanoch is a large expanse that borders the east edge of Aerie Peaks and to the south, the border between Asmodius City Region. To the east is borders Dragonend and to the north it shares a shore with Sheol.
Dragonend on the other hand is quite different to the desert, its filled with somewhat dry plains of grass and loosely spread trees, some very large. There are high cliff faces and hills on some sides of Dragonend. This tip of the mainland is traditionally home to Orcs, many of which travel between Dorotar Isle and back, here is less hostile and more peaceful.
