Step One: Mental Planning

-Before you even start to create a new topic to create your character, you should first and foremost have at least some gist or idea of what kind of person your demigod or demigoddess will be.

-Plan out the basic backstory: What kind of family does my character live in? Was she/he a hyper energetic child? Did she/he grow out of their hyperactivity and replace it with a mellow one? Obviously those are minimal example, but notice how those were very in tune with the inner workings of their life and personality.

-We like to see details from every aspect down to whether they prefer strawberry or grape jelly. It helps us with claiming your character properly and honestly.

Step Three: Check It Over

-Please read over your profile to check for spelling and grammar errors and to see if you maybe would like to switch things around and change something.

-Please make sure you have not created an autoclaimed, godmodding Mary/Gary Sue. PLEASE. It is a big pet peeve of both me(DramaticScream) and our Crew member(ChickFlickMoment). We will not hesitate to call you out on things like that. We want unique and well thought out characters. Not everyone has had the hard knock life. Not everyone's parents have to die! "Oh they have to go live with their dying grandmother! And they have to take care of her stray cat orphanage! She hates everything about herself but she is really so wonderful!" Seriously. Just try out a happy character, or a bitchy character, maybe a reckless and hyperactive one who may drink too much coffee! I don't know! Just be creative!

Step Four: Mark As Unclaimed And Wait

-Make sure you mark you Unclaimed profile. If not we will just assume that it was already claimed and you just forgot to put your parent's name in your title.
