This forest is filled with tall, thick trees whose branches and leaves block out the sun in the day and the moon at night, leaving the forest floor dark and eerie. Hidden dips and cliffs make the terrain dangerous, and many have died simply trying to get through this forest. Some of their bodies have never been found. In the winter, the snow is heavy and coats everything, bending and breaking branches and piling on the ground feet high.
Among the normal dangers of the forest something else wanders through this forest. A pack of wolves has called the forest home for years, and they're not normally kind to strangers, only truly accepting those in the Villeneuve family and those with more....beastly qualities. They will attack a normal human unless it has some sort of beastly scent. It's a well known fact that the wolves, however, aren't the only things that wander in these woods, so watch out.
