My character's name is Asteria Rose.
To start, here's a short template that can be copy/pasted for everyone, as well.
Name: Asteria Rose
Age: Mermaids age in odd ways. Depending on half blood, they could live anywhere from 20 years to 200. Asteria is half Chrysiptera cymatilis, a variety of Damselfish, and hence, as the fish lives to about 15 years, she'd live to be about 30 or more due to her human genes. Due to this, her true age is 8 years, but her appearance is that of a grown, 20 year old female.
Special abilities: She has a special connection to Acciona, acting as a priestess. Due to this, she's left unappreciated by her colleagues and family, sent to live in her tower for the rest of her life. She longs to become a warrior, but is instead doomed to foresee prophecies until the end of her life.
Appearance: Blue hair, braided. Very long, almost down to the waist. Her tail is nearly bioluminescent, but consists of Damselfish scales. Down her back are 7 glowing circles, each representing an element of her chakra, each strongly glowing except for the root chakra, the one nearest to her tail, which flickers constantly. She enjoys wearing chains and silk over her breasts, despite their being considered as peasant's attire, and casts aside the rich fabrics known only to the mer race for the ones who need them most. Her eyes are deep blue, not unlike many humans', and her features are defined enough to be striking, yet soft enough to be loving. As a mermaid herself, she is somewhat average in appearance.
Personality:Generally very quiet, she's been put down by many within her city and forced to stay within her tower. She's daydreamed endless hours of becoming a warrior, and as such she has become very childish and somewhat 'whiny'. She's not one who takes kindly to those who say it, however, and is extremely protective of her ideals, as they are all she has.
