First of all, let me say that Sollux is one of my more favored characters so I will really be judging this event seriously. I will be looking for more serious answers because of this, but I still encourage people to answer with their hearts and add some humor in c:

To win this cosplay, just like all the others, just explain what Sollux means to you, why you like him as a character. This will be telling me why you deserve this.

I'mma share my thing, since Sollux is pretty much my favorite troll.

Sollux... is a complicated character who not only has to deal with his mutation, but also has to deal with the voices of the dead that may or maynot be because of him being a Doom player. All through the story, Sollux has to deal with more and more s**t until he finally goes completely blind and loses his powers. First he blames himself for killing Aradia, then he blows his eyes out via plot s**t on the meteor, and then he loses Fef as well. Out of all the characters, he feels the most 'realistic ' to me because things aren't all hunky dorey, and (ignoring the powers) he deals with things that a real person would.

He's an inspiration to me because even though life might be complete s**t, there is something to keep fighting for. Even if your loved ones are killed, even if you lose your sight or become handicapped in some way, it is no reason to give up. He keeps that strength, and keeps going through life, despite his hardships and thats just 2o ******** iin2piiratiional.
