Anyone who is going to be pro-government needs to post here with the name of their character and reasons why they would be pro-government. Just the one post please, it's so we can see how many people are on each side.

Jonathan doesn't have such an easy choice, and there are chances he'll be on either side. But he is more likely to be pro government because of the benefits allying himself with the government provides for his business. There are other reasons, but him going anti government is still on the table, as of right now, Pro Government is the way to go for him.

Jasmine would be Pro-Government due to her wanting to do some good in the world, and essentially break away from the LoA through the Governments protection. This would be this villain's chance to play hero without the reprcussions that come from her hit jobs.

Consider Deathstroke pro-government. As he would care less about the moral and philosophical issues going on. He is the perfect guy for the government to hire to track down and capture heroes. mrgreen

Anna is Pro-Government, as there is much more emotional distress in large scale policies such as these. Herself loving to cause chaos without being seen as the criminal at hand, the emotions flying in the meeting would be more than satisfactory for her abilities.

Z'ore would be a Pro Government official because he would want to be in the new governments He is keen to be a new soldier for the Earth Government. He wouldn't mind showing his face for he is a Martian anyway and he has no family under harm. He is also seeking action and looking at the rest of the world.

Jezebel will be Pro-Government, but more because of her situation than any philosophical reason. As an employee, and basically dependent, of Ferris Aircraft, her identity and some of her abilities, as well as her overall 'condition', are already government accessible knowledge. Even so, she would never wear a mask or disguise anyway. It does not fit with her personality.
So, of course all of her income, and thus her entire livelihood comes from a company that works closely with the government via military contracts, and potentially some commercial stuff as well. So yeah, that's it.

Oddly enough, I thought I could picture Circe going Pro, but seeing as she does have ties with Themyscira, it would make sense for her to aid them in terms of waging war, so I took the time to evaluate some decisions and it seems Nyura would be more Pro than anything. Here are my reasons:
1. She has a high sense of justice
2. She could be an ambassador between the Thanagarians and Humans, which would ironically set up the Thanagarians invading Earth
3. She has no reason to oppose the Government just as she has no reason to fight alongside them, yet if push comes to shove, she is going find a way to keep Order in the country (America), so she would not mind acting as some kind of police.
4. Her identity would bother her little as she's a complete stranger and an alien: No one could find dirt on her unless it's something she creates while being on Earth, but other than that, she's a stranger.
Those are my reasons at least, but of course anyone could provide a reason as to why she shouldn't and I can look at that perspective before making a final decision.
