But everyone else makes it look so damn easy!!! gonk It's like acting, but you make your own script... Literary rping is like reading a small chapter in a book, that's what I think is easiest.

But everyone else makes it look so damn easy!!! gonk It's like acting, but you make your own script... Literary rping is like reading a small chapter in a book, that's what I think is easiest. Maybe THAT'S why it's so hard for me to get into it. I'm not a good actor. I mean I enjoyed my time in drama in high school, but still... It was hard.
I think I lack creativity/imagination or something too... Cause when I've been asked to RP and I've tried it, I just giggle sometimes and think like "Why am I doing this? This is really stupid..."
Like I can't take it seriously. LOL I guess it's a mental issue I gotta get over if I wanna join in on the RP fun!

I had to find the right one with a patient group to find my footing. I'm a literary RPer... I can't do any of the two lines and you're done nonsense. razz

Like her I also do literary RPs. Typing out a paragraph like a book is much easier for me. I was never a good actress, but I always loved writing stories, so I guess that's why it kind of comes natural to me. I've done RPs were I had the same reaction as you, but I realized it's because it was the wrong type for me! Once you find that genre/style/story/whatever that sticks out to you, plus some practice, you'll get the hang out it. smile
