When traveling please use the world map. As you can see, there are three large countries: Fire, Wind, and Earth. Then you'll see the smaller countries around them. Use them for when traveling from one country to another. Like some guilds would use a teleportation jutsu to move from the Leaf to the Rock Villages, well as you can see, that is so not possible.
