The Flotilla was once a fleet of 50,000 craft that held over 17 million quarians. After the reclaiming of their homeworld, making peace with the geth, and ultimately gaining a seat in the council, The Flotilla underwent massive changes. Now able to settle within Rannoch, most of their fleet landed on the surface as plans to repopulate their homeworld went underway. But even with most of their ships gone, the quarian's fleet was still bigger than ever with the addition of the geth's. Both of their firepower was combined after peace was declared among the fleets, forming an armada of almost 160,000 craft. Most of these geth ships were also landed though and stripped in order to improve the quarian ships; the rest being spread out among the quarian's newly acquired colonies. The quarian's admittance to the council had also forced restrictions to their fleet. The council declared that the quarians were now organized enough to be placed under the Treaty of Farixen, thus setting a restriction on the amount of dreadnoughts they can own. Though their fleet is still the largest with a little more than 100,000 ships, the quarians (along with the geth) were allowed the fewest dreadnaughts. Almost all of the geth dreadnoughts were either used to properly fit and upgrade the three quarian liveships or were landed on Rannoch, allowing the geth only two dreadnoughts out of their 35. However, now that their liveships are stocked with geth technology, both the geth and quarian dreadnoughts are the toughest and most advanced in the known galaxy.
-Vessels of Interest-
Neema: A military cruiser primarily used as a home to little more than 1,000 quarian military personnel.
Idenna: Formerly a batarian Hensa-class cruiser. Despite all the trouble she has gone trough in the past, the Idenna still flies strong and is home to 693 quarians. The Idenna is mainly a combat vessel with three smaller ships that serve as it's scouts. The Bavea,Cyniad, and The Glory of Kar'Shan (yet to be renamed).
Qwib-Qwib: During the reaper wars, the Qwib-Qwib crash landed on Rannoch, but was repaired after the war came to an end. Like the Neema, it is used as a military base where soldiers are housed, trained and dispatched to missions. About 852 quarians are currently serving.
-Dreadnoughts-
Rayya: One of the quarian dreadnoughts. The Rayya is used as the main meeting ship to the admirals and, like the others, is home to thousands of quarians. Ever since the reclaiming of their homeworld though, only civilians that have signed up to serve live aboard the dreadnoughts.
Shellen: The smaller, but most heavily fitted dreadnought. After being nearly destroyed by the geth, the Shellen was immensely upgraded after their treaty, making it a little closer to being a geth ship than quarian. It still looks like the other dreadnoughts, only its outward plating is completely geth material. It also has no windows that look out into space.
Tonbay: Like the Rayya, this dreadnought is home to thousands of workers.
Legion: One of the geth dreadnoughts. Certain quarian scientists are assigned to this ship in order to undergo top-secret weapon research. Only areas that quarians exist in are kept with oxygen, but even then some can be easily vented for research purposes. It was named after a consensus of multiple geth units that served a great importance to their freedom from the reapers... however the geth still call the dreadnought by its serial number, 120895-234-90xbvs1 which scientists go out of their way to learn.
Fotus: The second geth dreadnought. This ship is mainly used as a rigorous training facility for quarian special forces. Many who have taken the course call it the "zero-zero" because of the way that geth recite its serial number, 300000-000-00fotu2
