Because of their lack of architects, asari and human companies donated their services to try and recreate the building style of the pre-exiled quarians. Rayya is an average city that is mostly open to tourism with a great amount of nightlife. Certain places are even sterilized so that quarians can leave their suits for some time without risking infection or sickness.
