The minor chords echoed across the the Ampitheatre, bouncing off the concrete semi circle that domed above the bright pink haired girl that sat center stage with her legs criss-crossed. She let her eyes wander about and every so often would flick them back to the neck of the guitar to check she had her fingers in the correct place. The delicate little movements in her hands turned into the opening notes of 'Nothing Else Matters' by Metallica. One of her favorite songs of all time. Cassie shut her eyes for a moment or too feeling utterly at peace with what was going on around her. She always was reminded of home when she played. Flashes of the memories riddled throughout her childhood nights in bars and pubs as she watch her family on stage, and then soon what she joined them. "So close, no matter how far." She sang softly, taking the original notes up an octave to suit her higher pitched voice. A gentle breeze came in and ruffled her locks, almost applauding her for breaking the silence that seemed to hover around the camp. "Couldn't be much more from the heart." She felt a small smile appear on her lips, this was the first song she ever sang on stage, and it flooded her with nostalgia with every single strum on the strings. "Forever trusting who we are, and nothing else matters." Her voice with light and sweet, but had this edginess that lingered within it, giving hint she wasn't as adorable as her voice let on. Although, her hair color didn't really mask that attribute about her anyway. It was a beacon of her out-there sort of persona.
