It was a gloriously bright day outside. The air was slightly crisp and there was a steady breeze that seemed to keep Cassie's pink hair in constant motion. Guitar in hand, she found herself waltzing about the camp, strumming random chords and humming tunes she remembered her family singing when she would see them play. It sounded like she was quietly singing a more mellowed version of Enter Sandman by Metallica. It was slower and softer, had a bit of a creepy tone, but she loved the song no less. She had been at the camp for maybe a few days now and she hasn't made much contact with other human life, which was a sad thing for the gregarious daughter of Erebus. "It's just the beast under your bed.." Her voice was slightly high in tone and quite airy. It seemed to travel through the wind that graced her bare shoulders. "In your closet; in your head." Her fingers moved delicately across the strings and the chords progressed. Her footsteps keeping their snails pace as she traveled around the ground of the camp.

It's pretty bright today, especially for a winter day up north. The son of Zeus thought to himself as he strolled along listening to whatever random song was on his Ipod at the moment. Sometimes it was actually really nice to get out and just walk around the academy again. Ever since the quest and his recent falling out with Beau, the son of Zeus had seriously begun to recluse into his cabin more and more. Even though Stacie would get him out on a near daily period, he still had plenty of time to himself. After a moment or two of strolling, the boy hear a voice singing to herself. This wasn't exactly too uncommon with all the Apollo kids around, but he didn't recognize the girl or her voice. Once she had stopped for a moment, Sergio decided he should at least attempt to be friendlier then normal. So he spoke up in an even tone "Nice voice, are you new here?"

Cassie flashed her greyish blue eyes over toward a boy who caught up with her. A welcoming smirk graced her face as she gave a slight head nod in thanks to the boy's compliment on her voice. She looked him over, a normal thing that she tends to do, sizing him up and trying to get a read on him. "Well thank you very much, man." She spoke calmly, almost too calmly. Her eyes were slightly red, but not from tears, and she had just a little tint of smell of a very well known narcotic. Stopping the music, she slung the guitar around to her back, keeping her pacing slow and without purpose. She extended a slim hand to the boy and introduced herself. "I'm Cassandra, but please for all that is righteous in this world, call me Cassie. I'm a daughter of Erebus." She explained with ease and comfort. "And you are..?" She asked with drawn out tone of the last word. This girl was as high as a kite and nobody could bring her down. She felt best in this state and often got a bit crazy without her special friend Mary Jane. After introductions, she would suggest the boy come with her on this little exploration. "I'm just taking a tour around the camp. Would you wanna be my guide?" She offered with a playful smirk, not one of flirtation but it had a childish and gregarious aura that beamed outward from her.

Sergio took her hand and shook it firmly, then replied "My name is Sergio, son of Zeus." The boy said with a slight grin as he willed thunder to rumble slightly in the distance. Hey, he may be a very serious guy, or an absolute gentle hearted guy, but who doesn't love a bit of dramatic effect. After standing close to the girl for a few moments, he noticed that she smelled like a certain drug. Now, Sergio never did anything like that, he knew they could dull his senses plus he just wasn't the kind of guy to do any kind of drugs. He didn't judge the girl though, she was entitled to her own life and her own choice of relaxant. The boy did choose to ignore this though, just to avoid some kind of conflict. When she asked if he could guide her, he replied with "Yea sure, I have nothing better to do." After finishing his sentence, he began to head along to where he felt the girl would spend a lot of time, the amphitheater.

As they walked on, Cassie absentmindedly ran her fingers along her guitar strings. Strumming out deconstructed chords and she gazed about the camp, taking in different sights and memorizing where she was going. She didn't want to have to follow someone around all the time, so it'd be best that she figure this stuff out on her own. Sensing a bit of a uncomfortable silence brewing, she chose to speak up once again. "So where are you taking me? Not planning to murder me I hope." She joked a bit with a devilish smirk etched into her face. This boy seemed a bit straight edged and she wondered what secrets he could be hiding, what quirks he chose not to show. Looking him over, she could see just from his face and the way his eyes didn't seem to have a lively spark, that this boy had been through a lot recently. Being a son of the Big Three, she would expect that. Barely anyone knew of who her father was, she was the safest one in this camp by that alone. "You alright, man?" She asked with an upward turn in her scratchy voice. "I don't mean to dig for information, I actually don't expect it at all. I'm just wondering." She confirmed with the strum of a G-chord.

Sergio chuckled slightly to the girl about the murder joke. "Trust me, If I wanted to do that, I probably would've already. No, We're going to a place where the musically inclined demigods hang out I thought they'd be better guides then I would be for someone like you." He said nonchalantly, even when she asked if he was ok he blew everything off like it was nothing. "Oh yea I'm fine, just got a lot on my mind. Mentally prepping for a training session later." He flashed the girl a bright smile before continuing back on their current path. He knew he shouldn't be so quick to blow people off, but it's not like he was obligated to open up to someone he had just met. I mean they were demigods, chances were pretty slim that they'd both live long enough to make a close personal friendship. The son of Zeus had enough close friends anyway. It may have sounded weird to other people, but Sergio didn't like making too many good friends as a big three kid. Only a few in every generation even lived past 25, so he didn't want too many people to miss him. Noticing another awkward silence coming along, he decided to pipe up again. "So, Erebus huh? Isn't he like the primordial shadow god or something?"

The pink haired girl laughed a bit, she was right in the fact that her father wasn't very well known. Nodding her head she strummed along the higher strings on her guitar. "Yes indeed, my dad was around before yours was even a thought in Kronos' mind. It does add a bit of pride to me I guess." She shrugged her shoulders a bit, looking over to him with her bright eyes that were slightly covered by her bright and unnatural hair. "I mean, I'm not a daughter of the big three, but at least I'm one of those who started it all." She concluded with a little bob of her head. A few ticks later, the duo came upon the boy's destination, or at least she assumed it to be. It looked to be an outdoor theatre. She felt her eyes get a bit wide and a small grin stretched across her face. She gave Sergio an approving smirk. "Well, this is certainly my new hang out spot." She claimed. Not waiting for him to catch up, she casually made her way down the steps and onto the main stage. "This is awesome." She spoke up almost in a daze as she cast her eyes around every nook and cranny.

"Yea, but primordials were overthrown for a reason. I mean most of them were quite powerful, but they were also some of the worst human qualities personified. Erebus rarely had any information about him out there though, so I'm sure your quite unpredictable." Sergio rambled slightly, letting his inner greek geek show. Sergio took in the amphitheater with squinted eyes, for the bright sun was blazing right in his eyes. He was actually extremely smart for such an arrogant guy. While most big three kids had total control of their powers or were arrogant with no reason, he felt it would be best to know his way around a myth so he had some reason for his unnatural pride bestowed on him by his father. He still had no idea why it took so long for him to understand his powers so much. Most demigods had such great control, he couldn't control his lightning unless he was ready to kill. That made sparring with any powers extremely difficult. Anyone, once the boy snapped out of his thoughts again, he addressed the girl. "I'm glad you like it, it's not exactly my kind of place but I think you'll flourish."
