Okay, so I just totally realized that we don't have a chat thread. Well...actually, we do now. So, come here and chat! Eve if the rp is a bit slow, this is one way that you can stay active.
Just make sure that you are following all of Gaia ToS and guild rules.

Hello everyone, I'm back. I'd love to post some more tonight but I am literally exhausted. If I were to post it would be crap. When I wake up to get the kids off to school I'll make a post as all of my characters. On a side note, I think we need to do a member drive. We need to have a contest or something to get as many people to join the guild as possible. Something so before this guild dies like the rest of the roleplaying guilds here on Gaia.

Good idea! I was actually just thinking about pulling a contest like that, yesterday. I forgot about some school work, so I've been working on that, mostly.
This guild isn't going to die. It's a little slow on getting started but once we get missions going, I think it will be easier to pull people in. The mission should start, by this weekend with the help of everyone else. I hope to have that contest up, by this weekend too.

I'm here. Disappeared for a time in getting my EMT Certificate (Passed with flying colors, thank you very much! ^-^) and job-hunting, and I got confused trying to figure out what happened while I was gone. o.O Gimme some time to sort out what's what and I'll have Isaac pop back in here.

Hey, Congrats on passing! Knew you would!
We had a two week time skip, so you can pretty much start anywhere, again. Kali and Alex (Koda's Alex) just got in a fight. A very short fight. Jade lost her staff and Han took her to her next class but they gave her the day off so they are are in the ballroom.
Everyone else is either in class, or in the hallway...or Xavier's office.

I know I'm new, but could I make a suggestion? In a guild that offers players the chance to RP as OC's, it would make more sense to have the missions/story lines revolving around them, and not the Canon's. This will allow for the story to be a breath of fresh air with new faces instead of the characters we are gonna get bored with.
So, maybe you should limit playable cannons to only the important ones who are gonna drive the story forward along with the actions of the OC characters. You could create a villain/organization that could force the BH and X-men to work together, and essentially give everyone an opportunity to be a part of the story.
That's just my two cents lol I really like this guild so I want to see it thrive! ^_^

However, we are in need of cannons or adult ocs. We just lost Storm and Kurt...at least until we get the oc's more involved. I do like the idea of a new villian group. Koda had a couple of ideas but with midterms, we haven't really gotten too far on that. I will ask him to post so we can discuss that a bit more. It is good to see that we aren't the only ones thinking of the same thing. Sometimes it feels like we are treading water instead of swimming.
