Job titles, and what they do:
Captain/Mod: Oversees the entire guild, makes rules, guild announcements, rp updates, approves characters, monitors posting, ensures that the guild is safe (for everyone), hires/fires/modifies crew members, manages guild homepage, manages missions and mini events
Vice Captain/Mod: manages posts, approves profiles, guild announcements (if captain is away), acts as captain (if and only if the captain is away), consults with captain if members are not following the rules, helps with guild homepage, advises captain
Crew/Mod: Monitor posts, ensures everyone is following the rules, advises captain
(more can be added to individual crew members as the captain sees fit)
The expectations of all Crew
1. All mod/crew members MUST be active in the guild.
2. All mod/crew members will show respect to other crew members and members of the guild.
3. All mod/crew members will work to create a safe and friendly guild environment
