Background history: Cain’s mother had died when he was at the age of five, which caused Cain to grow up in the foster care system. He can be sarcastic or cynical often this would cause fights between him and other kids in his foster homes. Cain has always seemed dark to people. Almost like he had some aura about him, something that seemed dangerous. Cain was first attacked by monsters at the age of 10, when a monster which he later learned was called a Neade, which was a giant monster that could split the ground with its roar, attacked his school. Cain was barely able to escape the monster only escaping by hiding himself in a locker at the school. he was later told the event had just been an earthquake. Cain had believed the story at the time, believing he had only imagined the monster he had seen. Cain later saw other monsters, and was attacked by them, having to escape several near death encounters until he managed to take a sword of an unusual material from a Dracaena. Cain then started to fight back, and left his foster home, deciding he didn’t want to put anyone at risk after he learned that the monsters were attracted to him. So Cain set off on his own. leaving Los Angeles, the city he had lived in for his entire life. Cain lived on the road for about 3 years, surviving by living off scraps and often being hungry. Cain had ran into others like himself, but decided not to trust them and avoided teaming up with these demigods. After three years of living on the road, fighting monsters and training any time he wasnt on the move or searching for food. Cain spent much of his time alone, still not knowing why monsters attacked him, or anything about them. Cain eventually met with a Satyr in Houston, Texas. Who had then promised to bring him to somewhere safe. Cain of course did not believe the satyr, believing it was some kind of trick to lure him into a trap. until his life was threatened by a group of monsters. the satyr had sacrificed itself, and died after telling Cain to find Camp half blood at Long Island Sound. Cain though skeptical decided to go to investigate this camp, and began making his way to New York.
Personality: Cain is a sarcastic and cynical at times, but he does not like the idea of other people being at risk. Cain is serious when he needs to be but often times laughs things off, Cain tends to not use force unnecessarily, and so is not an aggressive type of person unless your a monster or have gotten on his bad side. Cain is rather impulsive usually not really planning things out and usually just making things up as he goes. Cain is also rather paranoid, he doesnt really trust anybody. Cain is a bit of a loner.
Likes: sword fighting, shadows, nighttime, rock music, graveyards, being underground.
Dislikes: sunlight, annoying people, pop music, pretty much any sort of authority (teachers, foster parents, police, anyone who makes or enforces rules)
Appearance: Cain often wears a leather jacket. He is about 6'2. Cain has brown spiky hair and dark colored eyes. He has an average build. Not scrawny, but not necessarily a body builder either.

Fatal flaw: Paranoia, Cain doesnt really trust anybody, not only does he not trust their loyalty but will not trust if they are able to complete tasks, or if they will stick by him when he needs him. this causes Cain to avoid depending on anybody, usually isolating himself from others
Weapon: one handed longsword, uses sword with his right hand normally, though he is almost just as skilled using the left hand.
