There is so specific way to set up your thread, you choose to set it up the way you understand it and with the things you deem to be needed. Possibilities include:
-Short character bio/descriptions
-Their availability for different relationships(friendship, love, hate, family, etc.)
-Their current interactions
-Possible ideas for character development
It doesn't really matter what you put in it.It for you to work on your character and have a more thought out experience when RPing.
