Welp, even though I've had a hack threat for a while now...i blew it off. I get hack threats all the time.
Well, I logged into gaia today, and everything of value was gone! Now i'm stuck in this avatar..... and no longer have my almost finished dream avatar. ; ^ ;
live and let learn. i was using a gibberish password, and afterwords, a friend let me know that I should actually make a password like THIS:

This sucks serious balls! argh, I don;t know how on earth I'm gonna recover all my shizzles, not to mention the gold I was saving up for the guild.
I hate hackers, !@##%$^&$ scumbags! =____=
I swear, if this guild wasn't here for me to run and care for, I would have quit this morning. =____=

i'm sorry, we have no gold, I had 4 mil saved up, my goal was 10 mil for the guild, but it's gonna take a while to recover. until then , I can't plan any events, i'm so sorry, I promise i'll eventually recover enough gold for you.... ; ___ ;

Thats indeed one of the best ways to make a password. Just make sure you make it long and that the words have no correlation to each other. Also enable all the security features that Gaia has.

Make an email that no one but you will ever know about and use it for Gaia only.
Make a password at least 20 characters long using symbols, caps, the whole 9 yards...
Gaia has an IP verification thing... so even if they had your password on gaia, they'd have to know your email and email password.

And you get a warning when someone attempts to hack. You can report their IP and they get banned.
