Summary:: -- Discordia is the Roman Goddess of Discord or Strife. Her name means "disagreement" or "dissention",
and can also refer to sedition or mutiny in a military context. Discordia is mentioned in Virgil's Aeneid as a friend of Bellona,
the War-Goddess, and Discordia was a part of Her retinue along with other like Deities such as Mars, the War God; Vacuna,
a Sabine War-Goddess; personifications of fear such as Fuga, Pallor, Timor, and Pavor; and the Furies, Goddesses of Vengeance.
This band also included some Deities representing the nobler aspects of war such as Honos, Virtus, Victoria, and Vitula.
Discordia does not seem to have much mythology of Her own; though personality-wise She is rather warlike and ferocious.
Virgil describes Her quite vividly: he calls Her "lunatic Discordia" Who resides at the entrance to Hell; She takes part
in battle with joy, "exulting in Her torn mantle" and is said to have "viperine hair... caught up with a headband soaked in blood".

Children of Discordia like to feel in control strangely enough. While they like to see chaos and discord, they do not like the be the ones troubled. They want to be the one inflicting the mass confusion not to be a part of the mass.
Children of Discordia can often be a tad arrogant. They have a strong sense of pride in themselves; whether it be in physical appearance, mental ability, strength. They usually find something about themselves to hold above other people.
Children of Discordia are known for holding long lasting grudges. Remember that time you stole their juice box in the second grade? They do, and they will never let you forget it.

:: Basic powers of her children ::

Children of Discordia can cause chaos simply by just being in the room. They have an on edge aura about them that can send weak willed people into panic if they are around a Discordia child for a long period of time.
Children of Discordia can cause madness with a single touch. Sending bits of their chaotic aura into any part of the body, they can literally drive you insane with a kiss, or a touch on the hand. The effects are stronger as the child becomes stronger. It can be from a mild discomfort to full on straight-jacket madness.
Children of Discordia can reap power from chaos they cause or are a part of. They can draw in the panicked energy from around them and use it for themselves or store it for later use. However, if a child takes in too much it can cause severe mental damage and insanity. Portion control is the best way to go.
Children of Discordia can cause enemies to turn on each shooting a psychic type wave. They have to make eye contact with the enemy for a minimum of two whole seconds and the effects last for ten minutes.
