I know for a lot of bigger role plays, people like to have separate threads for OOC and character profiles, so that it doesn't take up space or cause confusion in the role play itself. Here is the forum for that sort of thing. Just make sure to include the title of the RP that the OOC thread is for so that people can find it. It is also advised to put links between the two in your threads, to make them easy to find, especially as the guild gets busier.
