Glitches I fondly remember discovering myself:
Metroid Prime (series) *Map-breaking
True Crime: Streets of LA: *There is a street in the southwest corner of the map that has a hole. Driving into the hole can cause a catastrophic event. If you survive, you'll find yourself launching and flipping in a random direction. If you do it perfectly, you'll launch perfectly straight up and land on the sky. If you get out of the car you can look up and see the city, upside-down.
Tom Clancy's: Splinter Cell *On the 2nd mission at the Chinese embassy you can drop down from a balcony near the beginning of the game. If you have full health you'll survive and can walk around on the ground in an area you're never supposed to reach.
Assassin's Creed (Ezio series) *There's so many...
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim *Item/quest glitches... Makes the quest unbeatable.. lame.. *Occasional glitch in intro sequence - Horse walks into wall while on cart, dragon gets stuck in tower wall...
Spongebob: The Movie *I'm not fond of spongebob games... I really don't like them.. but we got it from a friend and I managed to break the map on the david hasselhoff boss battle by jumping on his ear....
Tony Hawk's: Underground 2 *Dragon Statue glitch... The ability to perform a grab trick endlessly while sliding around on the ground.

though i should add that it got patched already, i tried it awhile back when i was making my neko archer, but it wasnt working anymore xOx
