Okabe was then named the Heir to the King of Flames. NICKNAMES: Ok'a, Phoenix Investor, Oki (Given by Sion Eltnam) DATE OF BIRTH: August 8th, Year of the Fire Dragon CURRENT AGE: 237 years old [ Appears 27 ] GENDER: Male ORIGIN OF BIRTH: Gehenna OCCUPATION: Demon Prince / Millionaire Stock User HUMAN POSSESSION APPEARANCE: -> PARTIAL DEMON APPEARANCE: In his Partial Demon Appearance, Okabe's hazel eyes change to a weak blood red, and his skin begins to gleam in the sun, he has a fiery aura that takes the form of golden shoulder plates, that hover above his shoulders. The golden shoulder plates cannot be touched, they are transparent and fade in and out of view, like smoke and lasers effect, where if a burst of demonic energy overlaps where they are, they will become visible. Behind him, a wheel of flame will erupt and will stay stationary behind him. The wheel can be used as a source of fire for Okabe's attacks and also is used in his ability "Flame Axis" [x] TRUE DEMON APPEARANCE: In his true demon form, Okabe still looks very much human. Although in this form he can tap into all the powers of the last Demon he's eaten. His hair will begin to stand up, rather than lay down and his red eyes become vibrant and bright, like two huge rubies. The shoulder plates that were transparent in his partial demon form finally form completely and and are draped with golden cloth and gold and ruby jewelry. Any clothing he wore beforehand, begins to burn to ash and blow away and he is left with a golden set of cloth armor. The hakama styled pants he wears are a dark red with golden scriptures and drawing on it, symbolizing his connection to Iblis. The burning wheel that manifested in his partial transformation becomes stronger and rages with much more flames. Eight small balls of flame form in a pattern around the wheel and stay stationary.
In addition the ground around him ground hot underneath him and around him in an aura as he lets our some of the energy he's been holding up inside. [x]

PERSONALITY: Okabe has two sides to him, he has come to realize that things are very different in the world of Assiah, than in Gehenna. So, Okabe adapted and learned to moderate his burning energy and demonic power to a low simmer, and the result was another personality!
While in his human form, and for the majority of time he spends in Assiah, Okabe hold a very happy, active and colorful life. Being a Multi-millionaire Okabe tends to indulges in the finer things in life, however, he does let out his other half regularly. He is well reserved and holds his cool very well, never really ever showing a sign of discomfort or annoyance with anyone or thing. He has a high patience and will smile for a camera when necessary. ON his free time, he likes to find things to do, whether it be making more money, or spending the lot he has, he lives in the shadows of all corporate investors, unnoticed, and that's how he likes it. He is generous and will even give donations to people that he deems fit qualify on his list. He can hold a poker-face and lie like a breath mint, and he shows little to no care for people around him. He is self obsessed and is lenient to having people disagree with him, which he deals with 'accordingly'.
In his Demon form, letting out his energy, Okabe bathes in his power and he will grow a smirk on his face. He grows much more strong in his purpose and shows much more solid dominance and strength in his posture and expression. During a fight though, he is calm and collected and as long as he has the upper hand, he will show no sign or worry. He is has a collective, and observatory stand point at all times. When brought to a challenge, Okabe gets fired up and excited gradually. When he gets fired up, he grows blood thirsty as his fathers blood calls out for an offering. he becomes more active and fiery, his attacks will grow faster as he grows happier and happier in the battle, until he falls to his Demonic Beasts power and begins to only fight for the sight of a burning body.

DEMONOLOGY: Kin of Iblis DEMON CLASS: A - Class ORGANIZATION: N/A ORGANIZATION CLASS: N/A AFFILIATION: Satan and Iblis - Okabe is under the dark hold of the Demon realm Gehanna, he will works with his father Iblis mostly, however he has done jobs for Satan as well. BASE OF OPERATIONS: N/A MY HISTORY: - My Mother - Okabe's stroy starts in the 1800's, but it does not start with him. At a young age of twenty-five, Mi Kurokawa, a single woman working in the harbors of Osaka in the near the end of the Edo period was abducted and taken to Gehenna. Iblis was the culprit in question, he took her and brought her to his palace of flames and placed his seed inside of her, letting a small flame begin to grow inside her. While she was in Gehenna, she was kept in an area she would wait until the baby came. Iblis wanted nothing to happen to the child inside her, so he protected her in a turn of events. But that would end once Okabe was born. In the year of the Fire Dragon, Okabe was born in Gehenna, his mother was killed during his birth and she lived just long enough to name him, Iblis was a Demon, but a demon who also had to thank the woman. He was named Okabe, meaning 'patient' in japanese. Iblis, nicknamed the boy Ok'a. - My father - Okabe's father was the King of Flames, a Demon of monumental power and strength, he took his son under his wing, Ok'a did not fight his father at all, in fact he relished in Gehenna and bloomed into a young boy quickly, that grew into his Demonic nature. Okabe was growing into something that no one wanted. One day, at the age of eight, Okabe found a stray Salamander Demon in the Palace of Fire. The demon looked at the young master and apologized and wanted to move on, but OKabe had a look in his eyes, his bright red demonic eyes laid on the Salamander and he jumped onto it. The Salamander squirmed and demanded an answer from the young master, and Okabe replied with a bite to the neck, fangs forms and he took a bite from the Salamander, killing him he then devoured the Demon. Okabe's screams of pain echoed the halls, until his father heard them. His father smirked as he sat in his thrown, "The boy is growing in strength... testing his powers..." Okabe appeared to his father again after fifteen minutes, his skin was shining like scales and he smiled at his dad, pointing his mouth upwards he began to blow out flames, he had the Beast Master Ability, this gave Iblis a bit of worry, what would he become? - My life - Okabe was released from Gehenna by his father after a hundred years, Okabe had grown into a fiery demon and entered the world with full knowing of his intentions, in Gehenna he had tasted the flames of his father and of the Kin of Satan, he wanted nothing more than to be able to eat them both... He would strive to devour his own fathers flames and Satan's, even if it was the last thing he did. For the first fifty or so years after Okabe's initial first trip to Assiah, Okabe was jumping between Gehenna and Assiah, perfecting his shield and smoothing out the lines of his shell, in Gehenna he never had to suppress his power. However he still loved to cause mayhem in the towns and in big parties of the world, for example:

After that, in the 1950's, Okabe began his climb in Stock and Insurance Fraud and Manipulation. Using his demonic magic, and multiple possession and planning with Okabe's small army of demons, he accumulated 956.8 million dollars, all under the table. Not a single investor or stock manager would notice it cause of the Demons tweaking it in his own favor, Okabe lived a life in the shadows as if he was in the daylight. He went to tropical locations, to volcanoes, and caused mayhem wherever he sought would be fun. Okabe lived a life of lavish with sex, drugs, and money. Until his father came back to contact him, demanding he began to grow in strength, things were changing in Assiah and Gehenna, and the Heir to the Throne of Flames needed to begin to show his power, Okabe understood and left everything in his past life in ashes, literally. His friends, investors, and connections... as if he never existed. Okabe took his money and began to use it smarter, investing it in things to better.
Now-a-days, Okabe is back in his mother's hometown, with little feeling towards her, he shows no sympathy and gives her a thanks at the cemetery, although she is not there. His mission is to infiltrate True Cross Academy, and he knew just how to do it.

TECHNIQUE NAME: Flame Manifestation TYPE OF TECHNIQUE: Supplementary TECHNIQUE RANGE: Immediate, within arms reach TECHNIQUE DESCRIPTION: This skill is Okabe's ace in the hole, using his Demon Magic, he can make a small spark within his own vicinity, say the light of a match, or lighter, will ignite his magic and engulf him. He will then become one with his own flames and subjects himself to all the attribute of his flame. With this ability, Okabe can create flames to control and also evade attacks, and control his own form. After the initial spark, any attack that comes into contact with Okabe, will pass through him like he wasn't even there and will cause no pain, flames will erupt from the wounds created. In this technique, Okabe is granted the skill to choose which parts of his body can become flames, he can dismantle himself and become a cloud of flames and set fire to everything around him, or reassemble himself. He can use this skill to also extend his reach and breach defenses of opponents. Okabe is not yet very adept in the skill so, he is not able to manifest and reassemble quickly just yet. Okabe cannot manifest himself out of Green Flames of Destruction or White Flames of Purification, he can create them while in the form, but cannot be made of them. TECHNIQUE DRAWBACK: While in this form, Okabe is extremely vulnerable Water based skills. If water is to touch his flames, they will not tarnish, however Okabe will howl in pain and he will reassemble himself as quick as possible to end the pain. The pain created is almost unbearable for him.
TECHNIQUE NAME: Flick-o-whick TYPE OF TECHNIQUE: Offensive TECHNIQUE RANGE: 20 meters, in a cone which radius is 5 m at the furthest point. TECHNIQUE DESCRIPTION: Okabe will snap his fingers, or rub sparks from his lighter to create a flame of his choosing, he will through his arm in a direction and the flames will manifest and blast out in a wave of flames, that moves at a very quick pace. Okabe can administer Green Flames and White Flames to this technique very efficiently, and does not need to prepare to switch flames. TECHNIQUE DRAWBACK: The range is fixed, he cannot curve or do anything to it and he cannot fire multiple shots of Special Flames.
TECHNIQUE NAME: Flame Axis TYPE OF TECHNIQUE: Offensive TECHNIQUE RANGE: 10-100 Yards TECHNIQUE DURATION: [1-10 individual posts, stationary] TECHNIQUE DESCRIPTION: Okabe's do-or-die technique, A wheel of flame that is stationed on Okabes backside, will begin to increase in radius and circumference, and loop around Okabe, the flames will lick out burst of fire in all directions in a small radius, The flame ring grows in size to a 3 meter radius of Okabe then will with a burst of Demonic Energy, the ring will begin to spin and grow faster and faster, throwing flames out in all directions, the longer it goes on and if not stopped the ring will begin to spin at speeds so great the ground under it will begin to bubble like magma. The burst of flames will grow by 10 yards every post Okabe uses this skill in succession. This technique is not meant to leave living souls afterwards. Okabe uses this technique only if he wants to kill someone, or is outnumbered. Okabe must stay stationary during the duration of the technique, and if he moves or is caught off guard and forced to move, the Flame axis will wither, collapse on itself, and deteriorate. While standing in the middle of the wheel, Okabe has a 360 degree view and wherever he reaches out his hands, a burst of flame will be expelled outwards in that direction, if he uses both hands he can administer a special flame to the burst. TECHNIQUE DRAWBACK: This technique cannot be used when Okabe is in Human form, it is weaker if in partial form. Although the Flame Axis is meant to light everything aflame in an area, there is one blind spot to the technique, and that is the 6 meter diameter area Okabe stands in. Inside this circle, no flames can be expelled inwards, if you can reach the inside of the circle, or you are on Okabe's side, you can stand in the circle and watch the show. Okabe cannot doe Flame Manifestation and Flame Axis at the same time, if attacked, Okabe can go into Flame Manifestation, however the Flame Axis is destroyed and is under cool-down for five posts. OKabe CANNOT move under any circumstances and still hold this technique, it requires heavy amounts of concentration to hold the flames in the woven wheel.
EXPERTISE: Flame Manipulation - Being bathed in flames all his life, he has learned to live in the heat of life. Able to create a single spark into a torrent of raging flames, Okabe is top in his class of controlling his element, his magic in the field unparalleled by any except his father and Satan of course. Okabe can control flames in three ways, without his hands, where the flames are average speed. With his hands, he can then administer the White and Green flames and the flames move faster, then with both hands, he can control multiple streams of fire.
Observatory - Okabe is always constantly watching things he is interested in, almost to the extent of obsession, which is one of the main reasons he was able to do so well in the Stocks when they first gave rise in the 1960's. Okabe forged millions for himself because he watched and understood what he was working with, he has never made a mistake, and has never been in the public's eye because of his accomplishments. Okabe loves to watch things unfold and notices small details that others would normally miss, he can spot weaknesses and flaws in defenses much easier and work on them, along with many other things.
