The castle of the council was made between four great trees. The branches themselves make up most of the walls that are the castle. Build thousands of years ago by tree benders of the elves, a kind of elven magic almost extinct in the nation since the practice hasn't been needed in so long. The grand council room they holds the large ivory table where the council sits is of the main entrance of the castle for easy assasibility for those of the Nation. There is a throne room but it has yet to see a king in ages. The castle holds several wings but there isn't one specifictly for servants for everyone does their part to keep the castle whole. From the cleaning to the fixing. The dragons chamber is in one of the highest tower with ample room for him/her to be in their dragon form and human form. The other council live on the main floor, picking rooms from the fifty rooms that are in the castle. The largest rooms apart from the dragons chambers is the dining room and the several libraries that are considerably large to accombinate all the scrolls and books from so many years of life as a nation.
