Guild Review Forms
Here at All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP, we really like to hear what you have to say about the guild. So, in order to do that we would like to fill out a simple questionnaire at the bottom of this message. Good or bad, we want to hear what you to say! So please don't hesitate and fingers crossed that you're all happy. And if not, well, we can change that.

I am Some Witty Name and I am a member of All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP. This is what I have to say:
If you had to rate the guild out of 10 with 1 being the worst guild on Gaia and 10 being the best guild on Gaia, what would you rate it and why?
I would rate it a 7, as even though the guild is enjoyable, there isn't much that makes it really stand out comparing it to others.
What is your favourite thing about All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP and why?
The diversity within the guild is very enjoyable, with various characters and new ideas coming in, it's a breath of fresh air.
What, if anything, do you think the guild could do to improve?
Activity is a huge problem, seeing as a lot of characters are hardly around much.
How would you rate the Moderator Team out of 10? Who's your favourite and why them?
7, and Uchiha Roxas because he's the one who puts in the most work into this place, and y'all should be hella grateful for it.

8. Yes it is enjoyable, but more can be done to make it stand out compared to other guilds.
What is your favourite thing about All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP and why?
The diversity. There are many people, with many different ideas about their characters, and we all try our best to create a great story together.
What, if anything, do you think the guild could do to improve?
Activity. We need more of it. We have a lot of characters, yet many aren't used.
How would you rate the Moderator Team out of 10? Who's your favourite and why them?
7.5/10. They do some good work, but improvement is always needed when it comes to attitude towards the members. Uchiha Roxas is my favorite moderator: he put in the hard work to make the guild great, he should be appreciated for it.

If you had to rate the guild out of 10 with 1 being the worst guild on Gaia and 10 being the best guild on Gaia, what would you rate it and why? As this is mine maiden voyage into any comic based universe, I could give it a fair score of about an eight. What is your favourite thing about All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP and why? I believe that it comes with a complete lack of any existing canon characters. It presents the user an opportunity to play out their favorite character (s) as they see it, or if they so choose, allow a custom character in to see how they will fare against or mesh with some of their more favorite characters.What, if anything, do you think the guild could do to improve? Uncertain, actually. The communication is good, the moderating is fair. There seems to be a slight learning curve to those not immediately familiar with the DC universe (or any comic based universe). As to whether or not this is actually remedied, I have yet to do enough research to determine if this is a valid source of concern.How would you rate the Moderator Team out of 10? Who's your favourite and why them? The moderation team on a whole merits about a 7.5 of 10. This might be more applicable towards the previous section of "improvements", but I'll list it here. The skype chat is a great idea to allow members to get to know the moderation team better, and vice versa. What I do note as a possible concern is a lack of presence from some moderators. I understand everyone has lives, but it's a lack of presence in general, whether it be in a role play aspect, or from the moderation aspect, to a general "I'm a member of the guild too" aspect. Especially leaning towards the roleplay and member of the guild aspects, people need an outlet. A few people of the fine team no doubt understand this well from experience firsthand, or seeing the effects on others. So if nothing else, I'd like to see you all actually enjoy yourselves too. All work and no play makes Jack and Jill dull, horrible creatures. exclaim

I'd say this guild is about an 8 for me, but I'm new and haven't come across any of the issues with inactivity other members have mentioned. It's good, its a fun guild, and I'm truly enjoying myself. Though, again, I'm new, so I don't feel I've been here long enough to have a good idea on how to make it better without being here a little longer and learning more.
What is your favorite thing about All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP and why?

Like I said above, I feel I need to be here a little longer before I can say what I think needs to possibly change or be altered.
How would you rate the Moderator Team out of 10? Who's your favourite and why them? Mod team, 8 out of 10. They work hard so we can all have fun without having to worry about getting annoyed with God-moding or other such things So thank you! As for favorite.... I'm gonna cheat here a little, I have 2. Roxas and Grogan, they both helped a lot on my profile for Nyx, and were very kind in helping me get up and running as soon as possible.

About a good 8 1/2 lol I would give you a Nine but I think folks would think I am grading too nice seeing the other grades. As for inactivity really, I don't seen it as this guild having that problem? I see post (maybe ooc etc whatever) everyday pretty much. That I don't view as inactive. However a problem I found in my own guild running is ... having people to far apart and not having a place where everybody can come and play at. Maybe a neutral ground, where people can bump into each... not sure how well that would work or how to set it up. Don't know might be helpful. Rr maybe a member based plotting thread where they can plot out storylines and such with other members and pick up rp partners? Also people tent to group up in big guild rps and it makes hard for others to join in. So having mixers and the like would be awesome ideas.

lol Simple getting to play a superhero, but I like folks and however thing is pretty much set up got a nice thing going.

I would say maybe a 6 or 7? It's a great guild, and I looked at it for a while before joining. It is confusing though, for those who don't know where to start. You have the getting started thread but after making a character there are so many other subforums that it seems a little daunting.
What is your favourite thing about All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP and why?
The people! Because without them...there would be no guild and I wouldn't be able to see ideas other than my own.
What, if anything, do you think the guild could do to improve?
As I said before, the task of getting started in the rp, with the first character, seems a little daunting. I think if there were less subforums there might be more activity? Activity is the main issue that needs improvement.

I think it is unfair to really compare every guild to each other when they all focus on different elements. As a roleplay guild, I would rate it at about a 9, and it's not a 10 because I don't feel that any guild can/ever will be perfect.

Very interesting group of people roleplaying here, and it all seems well organized.

A 10, obviously. It's well-run, it's always active, there's lots to do and lots of literate people to interact with, and everyone is really nice and helpful!
What is your favourite thing about All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP and why?
They treat you like family, which I think is hard to find in a guild nowadays. People are helpful and willing to give advice, and not just on role-playing or guild-related things. Just recently, when I went through some major issues in real life, my guildmates were there for me, even more so than my biological family.
What, if anything, do you think the guild could do to improve?
......I can't think of anything right now, to be honest.
How would you rate the Moderator Team out of 10? Who's your favourite and why them?
I'd give them a full 10! They work pretty quickly and efficiently, and they're really fair in their decisions. Don't make me pick a favorite!
......Okay, it's Grogan. I might be a bit biased, though, because he was the first person to really talk to me when I first joined, and I know him the best.

9- Not perfect, but nothing ever is. Perfect is when you have know room to grow and things become stagnant. However people are active and keep striving to make things better, plus it's tons of fun. So that always makes things awesome.
What is your favourite thing about All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP and why? I can be John Constantine and hang out with other people who really know there stuff. The idea is original and makes it tons of fun because people aren't striving to play there favorites as they can make their own favorites.
What, if anything, do you think the guild could do to improve? Really the only thing I have an issue is with is the limitation on character number but I totally understand why it's there. The only other thing. I think there should be an event planning thread where mini-events that don't take up the whole guild can happen. You know like Doomsday is let loose in Metropolis or something.
How would you rate the Moderator Team out of 10? Who's your favourite and why them?
7 or 8, mainly because not every mod pulls there weight perfectly and Roxas and Grogan shouldn't need to do as much work as they do. They should be able to relax more. Both of which I guess are my favorite.

I would say 5...mostly because I haven't had the chance to role play yet.

7, it is full of active roleplayers and has a very laid back environment. There are also not too many problems happening in this guild and the guild is like a big happy family.
What is your favourite thing about All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP and why?
The events. Despite missing out on the event, it looked like great fun for the participants and had a lot of people join in.
What, if anything, do you think the guild could do to improve?
Not sure in all honesty, but the activity has died down recently so I'll go with needs more activity.

I'd say about an 7. I feel like there are parts that can be improved on, but overall it's got a fairly good system.
What is your favourite thing about All Along the Watchtower: A DC Comics RP and why?
Personally, I'm not really a fan of Bruce Wayne's Batman. I don't like his character in more than half of what I see him in. I like that I was able to take a character I wasn't a fan of and turn him into someone I actually like. I would have loved to take Nightwing, but I suppose it's better that I didn't, since I would probably have made a carbon copy of d**k.
What, if anything, do you think the guild could do to improve?
Maybe more crew members. Have a couple or a few assigned to each city or forum or something. Not entirely sure how that'd work here, but it's just an idea.

I'd give it a good 8.5 not the best guild I've been in but certainly not the worse. But nothing really makes it a 10 for me yet.

The fact that the story isn't just all heroing but has substance and delves into the person lives of the heroes

Bi-monthly activity checks, the way that some people pop in and out is quite annoying.

8. Good guild with a good story line that doesn't limit you. Also the guild members are very friendly.

Creativity and structure. The forums and subforums are done fairly well. All the members of this guild bring great creativity to the table which really drives the plot.

Activity being number one, but it isn't that big of a problem.

Also 8 out of 10. Nice team and they're very helpful. Feels like Roxas and Grogan's been pulling a lot of weight though. Regardless, I appreciate the effort .
