It's a very simple recipe that anyone can make ^^ Yet it's not sweet since it's a diet dish (no sugar, milk, wheat flour).
First of all you'll need the following ingredients:
1) 600g of curd cheese
2) 2 chicken eggs (1 egg on every 300g of curd cheese)
3) fluid honey (as much as you want)
4) semolina flour (one full big spoon with top on every 300g of curd cheese)
5) sour cream (one full big spoon with top on every 300g of curd cheese)
6) oven, baking form and some sunflower oil
Take out a bowl, big enough to contain and mix in the amount of curd cheese you have prepared. Put the curd cheese in the bowl and mix it until there are no big lumps. Each time you add a new ingredient you have to mix it all again (or you can put everything 'cet point 6 at once and mix-mix-mix).
Once cheese, eggs, honey, flour and sour cream are all in the bowl and mixed you can take out your baking form. Put the bowl with mixture in the fringe for 20 minutes. Now turn on the oven (both top and bottom heat, warm it up to 180*C). Warming the oven will take some time.
Bath the inside bottom and sides on the baking form in oil. Them put the mixed substance you made earlier in the baking form. Don't leave spaces between the substance and the sides of the baking form.
After all is done put the baking form with out mixture in the oven for an hour, leave the temperature at 180*C.
Enjoy!
P.S. once it's out and on the plate you can add honey on top, since the original dish is not sweet at all. You can add cream and berries on top as well. Additional ingredients can be added at the stage of mixing and while putting everything in the baking form.
