~The front yard leads in and out of the school. If you are new, congratulations, this is you entrance. If you're leaving, have fun. If you dare. Large gates lock the school from the outside, and lock the outside from us. Inside the gates is a courtyard full of plants and flowers of all sorts. The sidewalk is crafted from brick, stained glass aligning the sides. There is a Large water fountain located in the center of the courtyard, followed by the large marble steps that lead into the school. Small bricks break off to the sides to the library, each of the temples, and a garden. Most of the outside classes can be located if you follow the brick road and the small signs.~

 ~Kiku Socrates~Kiku opened the front door and skipped energetically out of the school. Upon reaching the outdoors she paused and stretched her arms above her head. Then she collapsed on a nearby grassy area. The grass was green and soft. She lay on her back staring up at the sky, the sun on her skin making her feel warm. She sighed, a smile on her face. That had been an interesting first class. The girl was quite pleased with the school so far. There were interesting teachers, different students, and cute boys. And the campus was delightful. Plus, free candy for answering questions! Oh...but some blood would be wonderful right about now, she thought as she licked her lips. Perhaps she should eat something? Nah...she wasn't really hungry, just a little craving. Kiku's mind continued to wonder. Where should she go next? She stared up at the clouds as she thought. It was actually pretty nice out.

Kuroda finally caught up to where Kiku was. She had been hesitant to folloe, and was a few seconds slower. She ran outside, looking for the vampire, and tripped right over her, not noticing she was lying down. "Ow..." Kuroda mummered before noticing. "Oh...sorry." she said awkardly, getting off the girl. She sat beside Kiku, and tried to think of something to say. Her mind was a blank...

~Kiku Socrates~Kiku shot upright to a sitting position as a girl toppled over her. She looked at the girl, tilting her head, as the demon sat up next to her. For a second, she was silent. Then, she realized it was one of the girls from her previous class. "Oh...hi," she said with quirky smile. She then stared at the girl silently for a moment as the demon seemed to say nothing. Kiku was kinda studying her, trying to read her. The vampire didn't feel strange at all about this, as she really didn't notice how awkward the other girl felt. After a moment of studying her, Kiku realized that it was indeed a bit odd how neither of them was saying anything, and so she opened her mouth, "That was my fault...perhaps I shouldn't just collapse on the ground anywhere," she said with a smile as she raised herself to her knees and turned her body to face the other girl more directly.

"I should have seen you laying there, especially with your hair like this." she said, gently touching the silvery-white strands. She was glad when Kiku faced her directly. It made her feel...warmer that she was being acknowledged this way. She was only slightly unnerved by the staring. She briefly thought of using her powers to influence how Kiku felt about her, but swiftly decided against that. It wouldn't be fair to either because it wouldn't feel real. Manipulating her father away from anger was one thing, but this was another.

It was strange seeing so many different races of people in one place. This was surely a good thing. This place gave him a sort of hope that maybe that he wouldn't have to suffer to being alone forever. It had been so long since he last could remember a time that he was truly happy. That time was gone because that person that made him happy died of old age while he continued to live. He found that is immortality was more of a curse due to the fact that all he could do was watch as others died around him. It was a sad existence for him and sometimes he wished that he could die, but suicide or provoking someone to kill him was never something he would do. He just couldn't bring himself to die. His heart wanted to die, but in his mind and body he wanted to live. A conflicting circumstance but he learned to live with that. This school was a last hope for him. Maybe if this failed he would likely loose his moral sense and go crazy, or maybe his body would allow him to finish himself off. Whatever the case this was his last chance he felt.
Eventually he would wander in lost thought outside in the front yard. He wasn't paying attention to anyone at the time still lost in thought. He was walking rather slower than usual, as if he was being forced to move his legs one after another. Eventually though he stopped by a tree that was in the front yard by the garden. He just leaned up against the tree and sat down with a rather depressed expression on his face. He wanted time to fast forward, but for him it would always be slow and predictable. Things just weren't always what they seemed when you look upon him. He may seem like a dull individual who has no emotion what so ever, but under that mask he had heart, and passion hiding under the mask he built. Maybe he would just sit there for the rest of the day, and just watch the sky. He wasn't really in the mood to go to another class right now. It was then during his little lost in thought he noticed the two girls he saw in class on top of each other for a few seconds due to what he presumed as one of them falling on top of the other. It was humorous to say the least.

~Kiku Socrates~Kiku was a little confused by the girl's comment on her hair. That's a little weird isn't it? Oh well...everyone is weird in their own way. "...thank you?" she said, deciding to accept the girl's comment as a compliment. She sat up straighter as the girl finished touching her hair. She smiled brightly, "Well, no harm done," she said in an upbeat tone, talking about the girl tripping over her. "My name is Kiku in case you didn't catch it in history, and you're Kuroda. Nice to meet you. So you're a demon?" Kiku looked to the girl happily. She was in a good mood and happy to be making a new friend. She loved making friends.

Kuroda did notice the boy who came outside, but she ignored him. Her focus was on the vampire for now. She could tell Kiku was confused by the comment, but took it as a compliment. "Yeah, I heard you introduce yourself in history." she said. "And yeah, I'm a demon. Why ask?" she asked. She hid a small blush, seeing Kiku's smile.

Kuroda smiled. "Normally, yes. I grew up there, but I kept wanting to go to Earth. I heard it was interesting, and I guess I annoyed my father enough to have him send me here." she said. She saw the innocence, and wondered if the girl would catch on when Kuroda made her feelings more clear. "And I've never met a vampire before. How did you get blood before coming to the school? Hunting?" she asked. She had only heard vampires hunted in packs, and went to cities to drink from humans.

~Kiku Socrates~Kiku listened attentively to the girl as she spoke. She nodded her head in approval as she finished her explanation. "Blood? Well, my parents provided it for me when I was little. I don't know where they got it from. For a while now, though, we have had these vitamins that give us the nutrients we need to live, so we don't really have to drink blood anymore," she said with a smile. Then, she sighed lightly, "but nothing beats fresh, warm blood..." she said softly as her mind wondered. How she wanted some blood... Kiku went silent for a second now as her eyes darted to Kuroda's. "Are we friends?" she asked in a straightforward kind of way. She stared at the girl with a hyper energy about her as she awaited her answer.

Kuroda wondered what else she had missed, being stuck in Hell so long. She knew the old ways of supernaturals, the violent ways. She noticed Kiki's mind,wander, and Kuroda noticed the small cut on the palm of her hand,starting to heal. "Want to drink my blood?" she asked, holding out her hand. Then out of nowhere, Kiki asked if they were friends. Kuroda blinked. Being friends was a way to get close to her...but Kuroda wanted to be more than friends. If she accepted, she could become stuck in the friendzone...if she wasn't already. "Yeah, we're friends." she said, deciding it was worth the risk. She liked that hyper energy. Plus...it appeared as of now that Kiku was straight. She wanted to make sure, and see if she had any chance. Kuroda wondered if she'd settle for being friendzoned...

~Kiku Socrates~Kiku perked up at the girl's offer of blood, but she seemed to be restraining herself from looking to excited. However, as soon as the girl said they were friends, her happiness became very noticeable. This was the reason she asked. She wouldn't suck a stranger's blood, but a friend was a different story. Kiku grinned as she grabbed the girl's arm, making sure to be gentle. The vampire was obviously overjoyed. She glanced at the small cut on Kuroda's hand and her eyes turned red immediately. She glanced up at Kuroda once more as if being sure she had her permission. "Try not to move too much..." she said as she turned her eyes to the girl's arm rather than her hand. "And it may hurt a little," she said in a slightly less gentle tone as she quickly sunk her fangs into the girl's wrist and closed her eyes as she enjoyed the blood. It had been quite a while since she had fresh blood...so gooooooood.

Kuroda could tell Kiku liked her offer, and was very glad for them to be friends. Though Kuroda hoped to escape the friendzone quickly. She allowed Kiku to grab her arm, and Kuroda scooted closer. She didn't move, as the other advised, and showed no sign of pain at the bite. It was only a small jab of pain. As the vampire drank her blood, Kuroda blushed. It felt...interesting. Good, even. She could see Kiku enjoying herself. Kuroda never had a vampire feed from her before, and this new experience...she liked it. She really liked it. She almost didn't want Kiku to stop, but knew she had to make it stop eventually. Kuroda knew how much blood was safe to lose; she had been in more than enough fights to know the danger zone.

*~~~~Nanami Shojin~~~~*  As they made it to the front yard, Nanami ran down the steps and jumped with joy and did a back flip revealing her pink underwear for a brief moment and soon stood just a few feet away. She felt free and alive, noticing her other classmates she wagged her tail and barked but lowered her ears when she saw the grey haired girl drinking blood from the red eyed one Well Wee..seems like lunch has came a bit early for the vampire haha~ mmmhhh this school just made me more and more interested in it she said with a small grn and placed her hands on her hips, however; she turned her head back to Salis and barked twice giggling Sorry! haha why don't we have lunch out here?..seems like a nice day for one she added as Nanami turned her body towards him placing her hands behind her and leaning over with her ears perked and her tail wagging with that oh so foxy smile.
