So, how did it go?

were you still planning on doing the next post or should I? BTW, classes have started up again. So I might not be able to do many late night posts. I am also planning to revive one of my old group RPs soon and wanted to know if you might be interested.

It is a medieval fantasy base on a game I used to play and I book I have been writing on and off for several years. The game is Legend of the Dragoon. The RP is Legacy of the Dragoon. The RP/book is based a few hundred years after the events of the game. Though it is base off the game it requires no knowledge of the game as most of the lore is based around the events after the game. I guess I should say it is inspired by the game instead of based on. The reason I have not done this RP in so long is because two of my repeat players are no longer active on gaia. One was Angel Zetsume, who played the Shadow Dragoon character. Her character was so prevalent that I ended up rewriting the book with her character instead of the one I had. The other was Tomoyo Tenchi who played the Light Dragoon and becomes the romantic interest of my character. She did not end up in the book as the character I had matched her very well. However, I have been dying to do this RP again and am now at the point that I am willing to try it without them.

The back story is, after years of peace under the protection of the dragoons some thing terrible happened to the dragoons and they were all but wiped out. The few remaining dragoons slipped away into the shadows of time. The last remaining dragoon Settled in a village and became the local story teller. He shared the stories of the dragoons to the children of the village. Though many enjoyed his stories, there were a few children that became extremely attached to the stories and continued to listen to them well after the other children outgrew them. Though his life had been extended by being a dragoon, the man was now physically old and close to the end of his life. The (7 is the optimum number of main characters) children that stayed attached to his stories had been chosen by the (7) dragon soul orbs that he had kept with him. Knowing that his end is near, he has sent for the, now grown, children to hear one last story. In this story, he reveals what happened to the dragoons and tells them that they have been chosen to become the new generation of dragoons. Though before they gain their full powers, they must travle to the now ruined home of the dragoons to be tested.

The main character that I play is actually the original Darek. He is chosen my the Water Dragon soul orb. I like him to be water because he becomes the leader of the group and fire or red is usually the basis of most leader of a group. I never really like that, so i went with water and blue instead. I will also play as one of the tree villains and most NPCs.

Yes, water, fire, earth, wind, lightning, light, and shadow. The light character is a key character that must be filled. The shadow character would only be important if we had Angel to play it. Other characters are on not needed nearly as much so long as there are two other characters for the story to move on. So there is a minimum of four characters to get the RP going. I also have it set up so that if we don't have spots filled before the RP gets under way people can join in and be picked up along the way or people can double as another character and do the same. There are three types of characters, main (4-7), secondary (Villains 3), and NPCs (No limit but, they must be approved.)

Yes air is fine. The question is, do you want to play as Darek's romantic interest? If so there are two ways to play it out. Either a long time crush where she has not gotten up the courage to admit it or a natural attraction that grows over time. The first one is more fun as it allows Darek to be oblivious for a bit where as the other one takes a lot of time away from the main story but, allows for character building.
