Mayday, mayday... The ship is slowly sinking... They think I'm crazy but they don't know the feeling. They're all around me, circling like vultures... They wanna break me and wash away my colors... Wash away my colors! Sestran -Leader of the Hellfires- - False Student - The air held the most minor chill in the early morning – the sun was just about to crest on the horizon leaving the sky a spectrum of color. The burnished gold orb reflected in Sestran's eyes, he was sitting on a rooftop not far from the school –looking down at a shopping street where he could watch people interact. The methods by which they spoke to each other, their body language, facial expressions – they were all things that were curious to the watchful eye of the hellfire leader. From this distance he didn't have to suffer the noise they made – though the area was doing well enough itself in causing dissonance.
The city was waking in reply to the growing dawn, it was something he might have found beautiful once – but now it was just irritating – the pure loudness of the technological advances around him. A whirl of activity from cars, trains, buses, and other modes of transportation. He turned his eyes away from a train zooming by a few blocks away and instead focused on the ground again – the interactions of the mortals intrigued him. They held an ignorance of true things that he both envied and would like to see remain intact. Watching them bustle about in their lives reminded him of purpose – if he didn't halt the rule of a tyrant how quickly peace could be destroyed for any of them. All on a whim...
A scream cut through the crisp air, and he let out a light sigh- a small fog of breath around his mouth as he let out the air. Why was it things were never simple? He rarely had time to himself playing ruler of Las Nochas and today appeared as if it would be no different. This area had far more activity than he remembered it having in the past. Had the walls between worlds grown so weak under the rule of this never present king? He was up and across the rooftop in a flash, his steps easy and swift, not pausing when he reached the opposite end but instead leaping across to the next building. A second scream followed by a deep growl – another hollow.
He paused at the opposite end of the new rooftop, below he could see the beast clearly. It was large even for a hollow – a four legged hound whose shoulder reached at least the first story window of one of the large buildings near it. It's mask was as dog like as it's body – curled into a ferocious, demonic snarl and black smoke curled dangerously from it's nostrils. Little surprise the small ghost let out another yelp – a female child backed into a corner and clearly beside herself with fear.
His eyes bled crimson, this was hardly something he could ignore. Dangerous to his plans or otherwise...what worth was his power if he ignored those that required it? It would make him no better than the evil he sought to destroy. As it was he needed to practice holding his illusion under circumstances that would normally break it – if any of his underlings were fool enough to ask he had an excuse to offer them. No time like the present. Before the girl could scream again he'd dropped down, landing between the damsel in distress and the dog like hollow. It's girth was impressive, he might have made a fair foot soldier but again, it was a risk to take him into his army if any others came across this.
“Step down.” He stated with a bored sense of calm. “Give up this preying on innocents this day beast and I won't be forced to rend you from this world.”
Of course, he doubted the creature would be open to such diplomacy. Sestran just looked like some random student in the city. His power was hidden away, for showing it was an even greater gambit than stepping in front of an enemy – regardless of how minor a one this creature would undoubtedly turn out to be.
The chuffed laughter was the reply he expected, he raised a hand when the cero the beast summoned shot at him, the red line of energy deflected by his hand with only a flicker of his hellfire appearance showing – it was so brief it could easily be mistaken for the flash of light that came with his block. Sestran only perked a brow at it, unimpressed by the brutish mentality, his hand held only a minor mark from the action. It might have impressed him enough to rally the creature into his cause had he been able to cause some notable damage. Instead Sestran laughed, shaking his head negatively as he already knew the outcome of this particular bout. “Are you so dull as to believe you'll survive this interaction intact?”
He didn't give the beast a chance to reply, he bent forward under the wrapping strike of it's claws, ignoring the mist pouring from it's mouth as his hand came up, touching the edge of it's mask. He offered only a tiny smirk before he broke off a piece from the edge of the bone. It was all it would take, a flash step later and Sestran instead of threatened by the beasts death throws was bending next to the frightened ghost girl nearby.
“Shhh precious child. You need not fear me.” Sestran remarked, his voice surprisingly light compared to normal. He held out a hand, his illusion in tact despite a few flickers otherwise during the fight itself. The chaotic blood of his made it difficult but he was quickly coming to grasp this magic to keep his form hidden. He offered a light smile when she took his hand, helping her to her feet and glancing around after noticing there was only about four feet of the chain in her chest remaining. The irony in his next statement wasn't lost on him... “We'll need to find you a soul reaper...”

I was always walking alone When I turned around everyone was far behind Even so I kept walking That was what strength was xXx xXx Dawn RhysWielder of Amethyst Flames Dawn snorted softly, smirking all the while "Kurosaki-san I guarantee that there isn't a textbook in this world that will help you learn any of what I'm going to teach you."
The smirk slipped from her face and she canted her head to the side, impassive, as she ran through Hisana's question. They had hit more of the streets, now, and a few other people walked the near empty streets in that tranquil, small town air Karakura seemed to have. She slipped ahead, her strides pulling her level with Hisana so she could glance at the young woman askance, wondering how best to explain to her "...I'm human. One hundred percent mortal flesh and blood, but among them I have unusually high spiritual awareness. Ghosts are one matter to bear witness to if you've ever seen them, but you need higher amounts to bear witness to those.. 'monsters' as you call them. The correct term, as I understand it, is 'hollow'" she sighed, running a hand through her bangs "When you were hit your spirit was forced from your body -so the hollows could eat you, by the way, they enjoy consuming spirits with high spiritual power- at that point you became a part of the spiritual plane, so the amount of power you had didn't matter."
What she didn't understand was Hisana's status as a shinigami and why her parents hadn't filled her in. She didn't claim to know much about them, but she knew that uniform well enough. She'd been searching for it for more than half her life. It seemed a poor choice not to inform their own daughter about the beasts that might very well attempt to kill her. Dawn frowned, an expression that seemed to make her features colder and older, then it disappeared.
"If you keep walking ahead, Kurosaki-san" she sighed "I'm not going to be able to lead you to where we're going to train..."
Her voice trailed off and she came to a complete stop, staring pointedly at the end of an alley where a head of blonde hair shone... hand in hand with a dead kid. She blinked, once, to ensure that what she was seeing was true, and then called out to the girl.
"Isn't that the transfer student?"“I’m not afraid of anything anymore” I try to whisper to myself Everyone becomes alone someday living on only in memories So that I can love and laugh even in loneliness I will fight

Maybe they'd been walking half a mile by the point Dawn started talking to her about the monsters er, Hollows they fought the previous day. It was a perplexing matter to Hisana, but nonetheless, she could take it in no problem. She scratched the back of her head, still perplexed as to how a human could have such inhuman powers. Heck, it didn't matter much then; what did was how she was going to control her powers. At the mention of how far ahead she was walking, the girl stopped and waited for a short few seconds, before walking alongside Dawn once more.
Then, she pointed something out.
Hisana raised an eyebrow and blinked, looking over in the same direction her tutor was. And lo, there he was—Sestran, in broad daylight, holding hands with a ghostly little girl. She blinked again, before stopping dead in her tracks. Wait. Sestran, of all people, could interact with them too? This has gotta be a dream, she thought to herself, before turning in his direction and putting one foot forward, followed by the other.
"Oi, Sestran," she called, being cautious in her advance. "What the hell are you...doing...?" The little girl had that chain protruding from her chest, the same one she had the day before. Hisana vaguely recalled the cat-man's words, something about having to reconnect with the human body before the soul died. Which could only mean...
"...Dawn." was the only word that came out of her mouth afterwards. "You're the teacher here. Start instructing."

Wash away my colors! Sestran -Leader of the Hellfires- - False Student - The sound of voices inspired Sestran to pull the child behind him, he’d noticed spiritual signatures but it was difficult to make out specifics while his disguise was in place. Instead of retaining the protective stance he laughed. Of course, when one thinks of the devil, such darkness begins to appear. No sooner had he uttered that they would require a soul reaper than one rounded the corner. Of course, Kurosaki wasn’t one of the ones on his list to immediately kill - if anything there were many of the sheep he had no reason to sheer at all. Unless they stepped between him and his purpose but that had yet to occur. Thus, for the time being he had no reason to cause trouble.
As Hisana came forward and called his name he perked a brow at her direct manner, honeyed eyes dancing between the two girls. Had they not heard or felt the hollow then? True it wasn‘t as if there was any form of struggle but it told him at least a little. Given the surprise on their faces he doubted they were stalking him out of any malice.
“To answer your inquiry; the child requires a soul burial. My intention had been to deliver her to a soul reaper, yet destiny appears to have intervened to make my search abbreviated.” Sestran remarked with all his usual dispassion. Glancing back at the nervous looking girl and then toward Hisana. “You should be capable of such a task.”
He offered a polite nod to Dawn then, his manners as always archaic but (at least in his mind) impeccable. “I regret we could not be formally introduced under more pleasant circumstances, I am Sestran.”

I was always walking alone When I turned around everyone was far behind Even so I kept walking That was what strength was xXx xXx Dawn RhysWielder of Amethyst Flames Thwack!
Dawn's hand met the back of the Kurosaki's head with eerie precision, the redhead not even looking at her as she came up beside her, other hand tucked in her pocket and eyes closed in what might be read as annoyance "We just discussed Rule 2, Kurosaki-san. Surely I don't have to check you in for memory loss."
She listened quietly, opening her eyes when Sestran addressed her and returned the nod. Short, sweet and polite. She liked him already "Likewise. Dawn Rhys."
The redhead knelt, eyeing the child hiding slightly behind Sestran stoically before offering a small, sincere smile. It was a sharp contrast to the teen's usual sarcasm and served to soften her expression in such a way that it would likely come as a surprise to her pupil. She extended a hand to the small girl "It's all right. This girl here, she's going to send you up to where the monsters can't follow you anymore. Would you like that?"
A small, hesitant nod was her reply and the redhead's smile warmed when the child deigned to step out from behind the blonde foreigner "Right then let's get started."
She turned to face Hisana and all traces of previous tenderness were washed from her expression leaving seriousness instead "I've never done this before so bear with me. You might feel a slight jolt."
Dawn turned her sight inward, grasping at the vibrant violet orb that she recognized as her power, she focused outwards. A thin violet outline briefly surrounded her body as she focused on the output of power before coordinating it all to her hand and leaving the glow lining it instead. She took a deep breath, drawing her power tighter, murmuring softly to herself "Just like practice..."
Knowing the off-handed comment might warrant a reaction from Hisana, she struck fast and true.
Her physical palm pressed sharply against the center of the young Kurosaki's chest but the projection of spiritual power actually forced the girl from her body. The redhead huffed, satisfied as she watched the electricity that usually indicated separation from the body when it came to shinigami and out popped her student. She supported the girl's now empty body, grateful that they'd all moved a bit further into the alley so that they wouldn't get any strange looks from the passerby and fixed Hisana with a 'look' that would shut her up should she have attempted to start something.
"I didn't plan on our session beginning like this, but this is a job only you can do. See that sword of yours?" she gestured to the large item in question on her back "You use the hilt- tsuba" she corrected herself hurriedly, annoyed at having to revert back to english to find the correct translation "press it against this child's forehead like so." she made the motion with her free hand "Free ship up to heaven. Simple enough, think you can do it?" she quirked an eyebrow in challenge.“I’m not afraid of anything anymore” I try to whisper to myself Everyone becomes alone someday living on only in memories So that I can love and laugh even in loneliness I will fight

  L O C A T I O N ♬ Karakura Town — StreetsW I T H ♫ Dawn > Dawn & Sestran
Thwack. Hisana expected to get hit in the head after what she just said, though lo and behold, it didn't exactly hurt—she'd had endurance practice against some not-so-pleasing schoolmates. She barely turned her head to look at Dawn, a playful smirk on her lips. "Rule 2, my a**, shisho. You're in the same grade as I am." That aside, she turned her attention back to Sestran and the little girl, thinking over what to do in that situation. The chain was short, and she probably didn't have much time before...well, something happened. She sighed, scratching the top of her head as she continued to think of something.
Then, Dawn spoke up. "You might feel a slight jolt." There was barely a second to register what happened, before Hisana felt a hard punch against her chest, and fell backwards onto the ground. Only, she didn't. She was still standing, but her human self was unconscious. She glanced down slowly, before turning to her tutor with a disheveled look of disapproval. "...I hate you," she muttered, taking her sword off the sheathe on her back and grasping it tight in hand. All she did then was listen, taking in every word of her instructions as she flipped the sword backwards, tsuba sticking out to the-
...Wait. That wasn't the correct translation.
"...Man," Hisana spoke up, tracing her finger along the hand guard. "The guys at school really weren't kidding when they said you were a foreigner. You were trying to tell me to whack the hand-guard (tsuba) against this poor child's head. It's the kashira I'm supposed to use." That said, she held her zanpakuto forward and gently stamped it against her forehead. She waited a second, watching as practically nothing happened afterwards.
Then, there was a glow.
A light blue glow emanated from the stamp she made, and something like a little puddle of that same light opened up below the spirit. Hisana could only smile, knowing she was passing onto a better place. "Sayonara," she said, as the girl vanished to who-knows-where. All was done, and her deed was done as well. After that eerie light faded, and the world was back to normal (sort of), the carrot top stood up, shoving her hands into the pockets of her hakama.
"...So," she spoke up, looking to Sestran with an edge in her eyes, "when were you planning to tell someone you were spiritually aware?"

Mayday, mayday... The ship is slowly sinking... They think I'm crazy but they don't know the feeling. They're all around me, circling like vultures... They wanna break me and wash away my colors... Wash away my colors! Sestran -Leader of the Hellfires- - False Student - Sestran’s brow remained perked as one redhead hit the other then began to correct her, social interactions had certainly altered since his presence. He offered a second small nod when Dawn introduced herself, continuing to observe them. He didn’t interject when Dawn spoke to the child, in the end the girl needed to be moved on before she became a hollow herself. Better for someone with a bit more empathy to handle that - which he believed Dawn more qualified than himself.
“An interesting display...” He thought to himself as Dawn called energy around her and gathered it to one spot. Though it appeared as though Hisana perhaps did have a memory problem if they had ever practiced in such a way before. He knew well what was coming though, it was easy enough to pick out the signatures in the area when he was directly observing them. He watched Kurosaki’s body go limp mid-protest and then resisted the urge to frown as her soul reaper form appeared. He could hardly blame Kurosaki for her blood, if anything the way she’d explained the treatment from her family was so much more logical now that he knew both of her parents were also shinigami.
Instead, a mortal who wasn’t a shinigami was teaching her to use her powers? This Dawn seemed as decent a person but from what he was seeing not exactly qualified to act as a tutor for a race that was not her own. If he wasn’t already aware of the apathetic nature of the spiritual race he might have been surprised, instead he was merely disgusted at the pure incompetence. Family was everything, how could someone not take care of their own children?
At least, it seemed that a few things came naturally...Hisana managed to allow the child to move on. Sestran nodded as the glow enveloped the girl - it was good to see that on some occasions the natural order continued. He glanced over Kurosaki once it was done, the attitude in her words, her motions, the way the glint in her eyes held the smallest hint of displeasure, she was unhappy with him. He canted his head very slightly to the left,
“I realized yesterday that there were several here with the capacity of seeing the spiritual realm, other than yourselves. I had yet to decide on how to explain or approach anyone as it is not a common occurance. When I saw the girl being attacked just now I could hardly stand by and allow it.. I knew from the shortness of her chain we would need to find a soul reaper 'fore she transformed. My apologies for not mentioning it sooner.” Sestran answered after a moment of consideration. “I imagine the problem of how to come forward with my ability has also resolved itself with your arrival here. Preferably this will not ruin our social interactions in the future?”
Maybe he was asking if they were still friends? It was hard to tell with this one...Sestran was such an oddball.

I was always walking alone When I turned around everyone was far behind Even so I kept walking That was what strength was xXx xXx Dawn RhysWielder of Amethyst Flames At Hisana's smartass remark, Dawn had interjected calmly with "No, we're not." and then to the second, irate comment "Then I'm doing my job right."
Because until the strawberry head stopped placing everyone around her in mortal peril simply by existing, they really weren't anywhere near the same level. To the correction in her speech the redhead only blinked once, thoughtfully and then nodded "Is that so? My mistake then, thank you for correcting me."
She neglected to mention that she had an obvious (to her, it was actually comparatively light and did little to her speech) accent. She was British for goodness sake. What else was to be expected? Despite the sarcastic train of thought the redhead smiled again, this time at Hisana as the child dissolved into light. The Kurosaki couldn't see it because she had her back turned and her attention on Sestran, but it was there all the same. It returned back to her stoic expression, however, as she watched the pair's interaction. Hisana was evidently displeased with the situation and the boy acknowledged that. There was no accent to his words, not like her, but something in the formal way he spoke seemed to give off the impression that he was still unfamiliar with the language and learning, thus reverting to the traditional manner of speech until he learned some of the slang. That had taken her a while, too, but she wasn't sure if she'd ever spoken like that. To each their own she supposed.
The redhead waited patiently for the two to resolve their differences. Friends were not easy to maintain for a medium, much less for Hisana whom, she had seen in her time at the school, was already ostracized by her peers. It hadn't been easy to convince her Aunt Imogene of what she could see either and she had really only managed through Maria's help. It was fair, considering that Dawn herself was known for being wily and sneaking out at night while Maria had been honest and innocent as a lamb. In any case, letting the two come to terms would help their friendship. Conflict was inevitable and necessary, what made it worthwhile was afterwards when you felt closer by knowing more about them. There was something nagging at the back of her mind about what he said... but for the moment she let it go. They had somewhere to be.
"Kurosaki-san if you want to continue your conversation it's really best you get back into your body" she cut in at a free moment "In that form you leak more spiritual power than being in your body tamps down. Not by much, but I would rather not cause an incident out here."
She waited until the girl did as instructed, reminding her briefly of how she had told her to do so yesterday and steadying her body until she reclaimed and reanimated the mortal flesh. To be honest the redhead was slightly concerned what being outside of her body too long could cause. Her body seemed to function normally, still breathing and with a regular heartbeat, but she wasn't sure how long that lasted without something to fill the shell in her stead as she'd seen some of the other shinigami she had encountered doing. With that done, she cast a glance at Sestran eyeing him quietly and wondering what to do with the boy. Really she would rather just walk away and move on and he seemed inclined to do the same, but she wanted Hisana to nurse this relationship while she had it. People who could see into the spirit world the way the three of them did were rare. She had only just become her student, but Dawn was still invested in her emotional well-being. Besides there was something else, something even rarer...
"You can fight" it was a statement of fact, he'd all but admitted it when he said he saw the kid being attacked. Hollow didn't give up easily when it came to their prey. The redhead regarded him for a moment longer, green eyes assessing, before sighing and turning her back to the pair of them "It's your call, Kurosaki-san. I would rather just get a move on. Keep in mind that an additional spiritually aware person attracts more hollow."
Though he was much better at suppressing his signature than Hisana was. She had to focus to pick up on him.“I’m not afraid of anything anymore” I try to whisper to myself Everyone becomes alone someday living on only in memories So that I can love and laugh even in loneliness I will fight

All Hisana could do as Sestran explained himself was raise an eyebrow and cross her arms, suspicious of the way he was talking, let alone standing or acting. Something didn't feel right, though with his apology, she could overlook it for the time being. "Alright," she muttered, swinging her sword back over her shoulder. "Nothing between us is gonna change, if that's what you're asking; you have nothin' to worry about." From behind her, Dawn spoke up, and she cocked her head back to look at her tutor, expression softening into something like indifference.
"Wakatta," she retorted, breathing a heavy sigh before stepping back over to her body. She then closed her eyes and relaxed herself, sinking back into the physical form and crossing the spiritual plane once more. When she was human again, the carrot top opened her eyes and blinked, quickly springing back up onto her feet as she saw the mental exchange between Sestran and Dawn. Something was...strange. Hisana was sure there was something she should know about urgently, but at that point, she had no idea what. When Dawn looked to her, she shrugged, shoving her hands back into her pockets. "S'alright with me. Though while we're at it, I wanna see what else he can do~." That thought alone brought a smirk to her face, as she waited for the sensei's next directions, waiting to hear what the next part of her training was.

Mayday, mayday... The ship is slowly sinking... They think I'm crazy but they don't know the feeling. They're all around me, circling like vultures... They wanna break me and wash away my colors... Wash away my colors! Sestran -Leader of the Hellfires- - False Student - Sestran stared at Hisana without blinking as he waited to see what she had to say about their strange interpersonal acquaintance thus far. “I appreciate the lack of alteration."
It wasn’t until Dawn’s voice broke in with the reasonable request Hisana return to her body that he blinked or looked away. It was logical enough, time outside of one’s form could erode it - and he imagined his presence might only heighten that effect, not that he knew for certain. He had no reason to argue her return to a physical form in any case. At Dawn’s observation that he ‘could fight’ he perked a half-smirk, vaguely bowing his head in accent - he could hardly argue that fact. “I try and practice when I have the luxury.”
It was an understatement but was he supposed to tell them everything? That was impossible, this was merely a study in human interactions - growing close to them was not something that was allowed to him. He couldn’t afford such sentimental attachments when the time came for his revenge - still, this was an entertaining distraction during the hours when he had no armies to rouse or order. The color of youth a grand reminder of all that had been stolen from him. Of course, that was followed by Hisana’s request to see what else he could do - he smirked slightly at the remark. He was reminded of the old saying; be careful what you wish for.
Keeping the thought to himself he instead stepped after the women, keeping a suitable distance but following if they moved. The fellow ‘classmates’ intrigued him and he had no good reason to refuse - this was more fun than sitting in the library avoiding attention. At the very least it seemed rather ungentlemanly of him to refuse after having been extended an invite - of sorts. “I believe this could be a fair interlude compared to what I’d planned for the afternoon activities. As for what I can do, my preference is to remain a creature of mystery - I can however, offer observations to aid where possible.”

During this very moment, the boy had an idea. On setting the recorded straight, most of them were very bad ones. Like, rushing head first to fight is first masked demon. It end badly with the boy being put in the hospital for a month. Now this idea was to test the waters and see what comes up. When the boy was back home he would bait himself for days just to get a single hollow, now it was time to see how fast it would take. "Here it goes." he said to himself calmly, releasing his fully pressure into the area as he continued to walk.
Now Antonio's hopes were that a beast would come pretty quickly or one of those robed demons would show their face. It really did not matter, because both would tell the boy his guess was right. "If what I'm think is right then one..." He was cut off as he halted his movement as a large Hollow pulled out into an intersection on these back roads. Luckily everyone around here was in home or off somewhere else and not out on the road. "So, there more of them popping up here then back home." Antonio said to himself giving a bit of a smile. "Thanks you, stupid monster I can tell my chances to reach my goal had increase. Now, it time to get rid of you." The kid said summoning his spiritual energy from around his body in to his left lower arm.
The Hollow was already on the move thanks to the big mouth of the boy. Slowly changing from a walk to a full on charge, like a raging bull. Time was ticking on Antonio to do something, but what? ═══════════════╝ ═══════════════━╫━═════════════ I was give the worst pain a child could receive…. ….It’s only normal to give that gift back.

"Spirit Sword." The boy cried out as the spiritual energy stored in his arm was released in massive. Consuming is everything under the elbow, shifting its form while becoming denser. The form the energy took was a 4 foot long duel edge blade of a sword with his own arm being the handle for it. His weapon was completed just in time.
The beast was right on top of the boy and with a sharp movement of his arm, the blade cut deep in to the flash. Forgetting Newton's laws, Antonio was still got smashed and thrown off to the side from force alone. The hollow slide in his U-turn as the boy slowly got back up. "Come on, now. Is that all?" He yelled out in anger, before charging at the beast now.
As Antonio closed in he bought his blade up, swing along the horizon plane. Just nicking the demon's admen with a fast smashing hand right into kid. The boy sunk into the wall, as pieces of his weapon fell to the ground and breaking into dust that was taken by the wind. The boy's body could feel the pain from the slap and the sudden stop on the wall, but it stop the boy from pulling himself back out. "Now you done it, you piece of crap. I'm going to end it right here and now." Antonio cried out as his sword dissolved into dust and his right fist started to give off a faint glow.
The hollow once again ready itself and came rushing towards the boy, which seemed to rear his right arm back while turning his along with it. It all came done to timing for the kid with a second early or late could cause more pain to come. 'Now' his mind screamed, as the Antonio went off and called out, "Spirit Punch." launching his fist forward twisting his whole body behind this one attack. The punch land in the stomach area, causing a full stop for the monster with a cry in pain. What looked like a normal punch was Antonio released a wave of spiritual pressure from his fist that transferred internal, dealing massive damage. It was enough to kill the hollow, the being slowly turned in to spiritual energy and floated with the wind.
Antonio rotated one of his shoulders, as he moved to pick up his school bag and returning back on the path home. His pressure lowered back down to normal levels of a human just in till his body healed a bit. I did take some damage and maybe broke a rib or two. "Might have to go to the clinic if it bad." He said to himself, rubbing his hand though his hair on his walk. ═══════════════╝ ═══════════════━╫━═════════════ I was give the worst pain a child could receive…. ….It’s only normal to give that gift back.

❂ Location Karakura Streets; ❂ Mood Enthusiastic >> Concerned ❂ Health 99.9% When school ended a brown blur all but flew out of the building with an enthusiastic yell that may or may not have blown the eardrums of several students within the vicinity and given heart attacks to another few. As it was, the blur -a teenage girl apparently- had little to no concern over this fact and was merely celebrating her new found freedom from the concrete trap known as high school. Upon bearing witness to the unusually energetic human being known as one Ichiko Akiyama, the students shook their heads and moved on so as to avoid a future riddled with hearing problems. These things were normal of the girl, after all, and were to be expected. However one small being, gifted with sensitive hearing due to the shape her plush body took on, was not satisfied with merely dismissing it as 'usual behavior'.
"Would it so pain you to lower your voice to decibels where my nonexistent eardrums won't shatter, Ichiko-dono?"
"But how can I shatter your eardrums if they don't exist?" the girl in question laughed, waving nonchalantly at the cat plush perched on the wall above her.
Miko sighed a long-suffering sigh. Even having only spent two years in her mistress' presence, she suspected that the art of patience would be something perfected over the long term. Certainly, she wasn't sure how she put up with her now "You should be more cautious. Your excitement causes your spiritual power to fluctuate and that may draw the beasts."
"You worry too much, Miko" the young woman offered an arm to the plush and, after a moment of contemplation, she accepted, finding her perch on Ichiko's shoulder. The young mistress in question gave her an affectionate nuzzle which the plush returned "I'll be fine as long as I have you with me!"
"I am honored by your faith in me, Ichiko-dono." she was also very pleased, but she would never admit that.
Used to the formal address and having spent two years trying to teach her otherwise, Ichiko rolled her eyes and grinned. She couldn't wait to see if Chii-chan and Ozzy had responded to her letters yet. She missed her childhood friends dearly and looked forward to their responses. Teasing them incessantly about how sweet they were to each other was also a plus~. The girl giggled softly into a hand, prompting her faithful protector to eye her as if she might be plotting to take over the world. Which with Ichiko, technically wasn't that far out of a conclusion. Both paused when a roar rang out over the peaceful streets, Ichiko shivering at the cold chill the sound made down her spine and Miko's hackles rising. When nothing happened, they managed to relax.
"...we had best adjust our path for the day lest we be beset by one of those beasts."
The teen was still rubbing feeling back into her suddenly numb arms "But Miko-chan, what if it was attacking someone?"
"Unlikely given the fact that we have not borne witness to many spirits in this area. And if that were the case, we have lingered too long to be of any help" Miko only realized that what she had said was the wrong thing a split second before the girl took off, leaving the cat to right herself in the air before she met the ground "Ichiko-dono! Don't!"
Ichiko skidded around corners, leaped over obstacles and generally put years of adventure to good athletic use. It couldn't be too late! There had to be some way to help, something she and Miko could do! She paused for a split second, glancing down both ways of an intersection before choosing one and taking off at a dead run once more. Her path chosen she hurtled around another corner-
-only to shriek in surprise at the sudden appearance of another human being moments before she crashed into him with all the force of a freight train. The girl groaned in pain, decidedly unhappy with the sudden crash before her mind caught up to her and she yelped in surprise and hopped back onto her feet.
"Oh no! I'm sorry! Are you okay?"((As promised, the fullbringer! ))

To go to a clinic now or just wait it out for later. It really didn't matter because a reason how ended up with broken ribs would be a pain to make up and somewhat believable unlike the truth. "Dang, this is going to get annoying. I guess better get it done before it gets worse." he said to himself.
As the boy neared the T junction, the sound of footsteps echo off the walls. This told the boy there was someone close by, but it was unknown where they were moving away or getting closer. It really didn't matter because the source came around the corner and smashed right into the boy without much of a warning.
Antonio fall to the ground grabbing his chest in pain. She was lucky enough to get him right where it hit, the broken ribs and maybe doing some more damage. The boy heard the voice of the girl asking if he was okay. Laying on the ground, Antonio looked up at brown haired girl standing over him.
The boy slowly rose up from the ground still grabbing his side. "I'm fine, but you should watch where you’re going. You could have hurt someone else or get hit by a car." Antonio said to the girl giving her a bit of a glare. Did he have to be mean, not at all, but this attitude was his only way to get people to keep away from him. 'Great, now I have to go to a clinic.' He thought to himself knowing very that it got only worse. "I got to get going." Antonio said to the girl just too only walk a few feet.
The kid dropped to his knees just to cough up blood. It just got worse for the boy, knowing now that one of these ribs might have cut right into his lung, but he was unsure of that. 'Dang it. This had to happen now of all time with someone around.' His mind spoke, knowing what was about to come next. ═══════════════╝ ═══════════════━╫━═════════════ I was give the worst pain a child could receive…. ….It’s only normal to give that gift back.
