Hello! I just thought I would like to ask if anyone is aware of what farmers do? If so, feel free to discuss farming with me 3nodding and if not, then ask away! If you haven't guessed, I am a farmer, and no... you cannot farm in the winter (unless you have cattle) so I do not work right now xd

Oh no... I don't like anything that tries to take money from people, or anything for that matter. I am talking about farming with big machines and you harvest crops and stuff 3nodding

-I- Niveus Flamma -I- So what's it like to farm? surprised It's very interesting. I like farming because you see things that most people never see... I love what this world has to offer us, and some of us take it for granted. People think that driving huge machines are dangerous, considering for the machine that I drive, a tire itself weighs 1 ton... There are 8 tires on the machine. Farming nowadays is very easy... If you have a newer machine (even from the 1980's) if anything goes wrong, the machine tells you what is wrong.. You just have to know how to fix it. Not many people know who or what a farmer does. The only pain about farming is you have LONG days... and I'm talking 16-18 hour days. But it's worth it, because you make LOTS of money wink

Are you a sellout to corn companies? Or grow a variety of produce?

Are you a sellout to corn companies? Or grow a variety of produce? Well where I'm from, we don't really do corn. Corn is a tough crop to maintain and you need special headers and concaves for your combines. We do mainly pulse, oilseed, and cereal crops. Mainly Canola, Wheat, Lentils, Peas, Durum etc. Last year was good for farmers in my area, as most of them had above average yields of crops, but very few got grade A crops.

If someones car is in the way, you politely jump in their car and move it for them. If you wanan give someone a gift you go in their house and put it wherever need be, whether it's food in the fridge or tools in the garage. It's quite nice here ^-^

Yeah the people here are quite nice. Although, being rich farmers and wives of a farmer, has their downsides. They act all "Hoity-Toity" because they have all the fancy new things and stuff because they can afford them. My family itself aren't farmers, I am just a farm hand in the summer. Another downside about living in a small town is (my own theory) the people who live here are so bored with their lives, they gossip. When I was in the process of moving here, people in my school heard I was coming, and before I even lived here I was on the school's basketball team. Lol
