Okay, we know that the trolls don't reproduce sexually the way we do, and so no troll has two direct genetic parents. HOWEVER, I find it kind of neat that, in almost each case here, identifying each troll by their title, the "parents" from the previous troll generation that combine to make the two-part title were in a concupiscent relationship, canon, speculated or very popular fanon, at some point.
