Hello, fellow warriors of China.
I wondered this for a while. Does anybody get strange things happen to them while playing their OC's in DW Empires or Warriors Orochi? Some unexpected results that shouldn't work like this?
Me, yeah! A lot! And I don't know why O.O
First time was in RoTK VIII, when I first build my OC Mhi Hayoli. Every Wei Officer came to my house and talked with me. Their friendship also rose very quickly. They gave me items for no apperant reason, too. I was totally baffled and couldn't make something of that.
Second time was a test in DW 5 Empires, where I built Mhi Hayoli again, trying to let her look the exact same way she did in RoTK VIII. I was again under the rule of Cao Cao and Sima Yi was one of the enemy. He stole my horse and cornered me. Suddenly all of the Wei officers on the field turned around and attacked him! Zhang Liao (who was first protecting the main camp), Cao Ren (who was close to enemy main camp), Xiahou Dun (who was on the far edge of the map, attacking a base) and Dian Wei (who was reinforcement unit). I didn't even gave any order that they should gather at my point! They just came and punched the hell out of Sima Yi. I could stand on the edge and look him getting thrown from one side to the next. It was hilarious XD
After a while I tried that with some others, too
Third time was with a new Chara named Umi Mari. She was a frontline unit and made her big entrance in RotK X & DW6 Empires. I played with my sister and she ran into Lu Bu. I just had killed Diao Chan on the field and he was powered up, too. So this was going really worse (oh! and we played on extreme hard). My sis ran with her character all across the battlefield and tried to shake him, but he was persistent. Finally I reached the place and wanted to charge at him. Suddenly Lu Bu turned around and ran from me! I had to chase him to the main base and all across the battlefield of Luo Yang (yes, we played at Luo Yang) trying to pinch him in a corner to beat him! WTH!?! Why did he even ran from a woman half as big as he is? XD
Forth time was also in DW6 with Mhi Hayoli again. She was a ruler this time. I didn't played for long as suddenly all Wei officers started to come to her, wanting to join her army. (WTH?) When I played her in battle, the whole gang just follows her and tries to protect her. But that wasn't even neccesary! Because the soldiers and base captains as well as the officers just refused to hit her! Every male character refused to fight her! Even Zhang Liao! He just dodged roled around her all the time!! O_O;
Fifth time was with a male character of mine. Hanleng. When I was playing RoTK X, he was a strategist for Cao Cao and his sworn brother. When I build him for DW6, he also worked for Cao Cao and both became sworn brothers. The funny thing in all this is that even if I didn't try one thing occured that always happened with this one character. HE STARTED TO BECOME RIVAL WITH SIMA YI! I didn't even try to become his rival or to make him hate me, but all the time he just ended up being mean to me XP Also, Hanleng has two other (real) brothers for the game. Wufeng and Huo Yan. Both are members of Shu and Wu. When they encounter each other on the battlefield it becomes a massacre! They just corner me and try to beat the s**t out of me! Even if I was really far from their position, they just turn around to chase me to death! XD
Sixth time was DW6 Empires again. Whenever I did a mission with Mhi Hayoli in the team (no matter if I play her or not) and take the bandit mission - the EndBoss was always ZHOU YU!! My sister and I tried to eradicate the fact that Zhou Yu was a meany by rebooting. But it always was him when Mhi Hayoli was on the field! I once changed her and took Zhang Liao, Zhang Lu & Cao Ang with me to beat the bandits. Then it was someone else (like Gan Ning, Dong Zhuo, Ma Chao, Zhuo Tai, Sun Quan, Sun Ce, etc.), but just when I take Mhi Hayoli in the group it is Zhou Yu again!!! O___O? Beside that, every male Character (including the base captains and normal soldiers) refused to attack her!! I one 7 battles in a row without getting hit by one attacker! Not once they tried to defend their bases or lives! And to top that. Zhang Liao couldn't be caught by any of the other officers I played with, but he get's caught by her in the first battle they've ever met as foes!?!?
Lastly was in DW7 Empires. I built Mhi Hayoli for that too. Finally soldiers stopped ignoring me (Yay!) But than this happened. Every time I tried to befriend certain officers to take them with us (like Jia Xu and Sima Zhao), my lord Cao Cao has nothing better to do then Execute them!?! O_O I tried this for many times. I sometimes ignore certain characters and they got set free or employed.
Example: I befriended Jia Xu a bit so that he would join us next month, but then we get attacked by that land. Jia Xu gets captured alongside Zhang An, Cao Wei and Pei Yuan Shao. Guess what. Jia Xu gets executed and the other ones he sets free.
Next one - I befriended Zhang Liao over at Lu Bu's camp to make him join us! I beat and capture him (and he still refused to fight me for real T~T) and later Lu Bu and DIao Chan. Guess what?! Lu Bu gets employed, Diao Chan set free and Zhang Liao executed!?!?!?!
Next one - This time I tried to turn it around. I befriended Li Ru and ignored Zhang Liao that time. Both captured! Li Ru gets executed, Zhang Liao employed! WTH Cao Cao!! >.<
