I guess Flynn wasn't enough. Cue Mintaka and RigelIn my opinion, this is a hook attempt. An attempt to get people interested in getting instant gold, followed by a Flynn Release.

Wow I wasn't paying attention to the announcements so I didn't see that newest chance item. They are really doing their best to reel people in and get them to spend cash. They pretty much dumped in there every popular item.

I think they don't understand (or they don't want to accept the fact) that we don't want more gold or more items or newer features; we want the old gaia back, when it was fun to be on here. when it wasn't all about GC and that stuff. in other words, i agree with you guys :/ all this is going to do is make more and more people upset.

Need a way to spread the message without coming off as antagonistic.
Something like "Flynn Items = Bad. Gold Earning = Good"
Plus it promotes much more site activity.
This should be a given, but the staff do need a kick in the bum from time to time.
