Koizumi lives in this building as well as working here. The building has the same style as medieval buildings, but is built with modern day materials. Going inside you can see the few item he does have in stock and raw materials for smithing for anyone who already knows the trade. Since he just got his job he doesn't have much to offer in the way of pre-made arms and armor. He will gladly take on any job the students or teachers give him. Koizumi himself is hard at work trying to get some basic weapons for those who want simplicity.
