— Wizards come here to admission for their membership to become apart of the guild. Work is constantly worked in these parts. The main staircase leads to the Guild Hall proper, which leads out to the courtyard and the sparring area. The steps to the far side of the reception desk lead to the Bar area.

It had been an interesting walk, to say the least, the boy was intriguing, and Nogi was somewhat glad that he had ran into him in the train station. This one could prove to be a valuable asset to his Guild, and a good member, from what he could tell of the boy. He still seemed a bit unsure of his own powers, that was something else that Nogi had noticed from their little talk. That was fine, he was still young and fresh to the Mage world, he had plenty of time to grow and learn and expand his personal knowledge, and possibly even help Nogi expand his own.

As they approached the Guild Hall, Nogi stepped forward, opening the doors and giving a somewhat flourished bow as he motioned for the other to go inside, "Welcome, to the Blue Pegasus Guild. As you may, or may not, know, we are a legal and licensed Guild, overseen by the Magic Council. If you are sure that you wish to be one of us, we can get your stamp and start you on your way to becoming a great and wonderful Mage." he started off his brief explanation of the Guild to the young man, following in behind him and letting the doors close softly behind him. "This is the Guild's Lobby. All manner of things go on here, and all manner of people come in and out from here." he then pointed to a set of steps that led down, situated in the right corner of a long reception like desk that was in the back middle of the Guild Hall. "Those steps lead down to the Bar area. You can buy drinks, food, relax, play games, and just socialize down there. Those steps there," he shifted, pointing to a set of stairs that led up, on the opposite side of the desk from the ones that led to the bar, to an overhang like area that jutted above the reception desk with a railing across it to prevent others from falling off, "lead to the Guild Hall Proper, the Missions Board and such is located up there. From there, you can reach the courtyard and sparring area. We also have personal rooms in case you don't want to go out and live in town, again, which you can get to from the Guild Hall proper." He looked back to Azrael, a soft smile on his face, "Now, if you want, I can give you a bit to look around and mull it over, or we can register you as an official member of Blue Pegasus."

Azrael looked as Nogi pointed, it was such a pleasant area. It smelled with cheer, it didn't just feel like happiness, no it smelt like it. Which made Azrael smile. He hadn't smiled in a while. The ivory floor, the polished columns that supported the roof. Azrael hadn't felt such intricate architecture since training with Draegon. Hell, the train wasn't even this ... royal. It made him feel like he was back at home, not that he terribly missed home, it still gave him that feeling. Azrael didn't hate home, he just was too unsocial to his family. Which he regretted to this day. Azrael would just sit in his room reading, instead of eating dinner with his family, greeting other royalty, or taking women out on dates! He missed home. Azrael turned to Nogi and nodded. "I'd like to get it done and over with now." Azrael figured the initation might take a while. He wasn't really sure what to expect.

The red head smiled as Azrael said that he would like to go ahead and get initiated into the Guild. He motioned for him to follow him as he started toward the reception desk, where a young woman, her dark hair pulled back in a neat bun, stood behind. As she saw the two approach, she bowed respectfully and smiled, "Welcome back Nogi! I see you brought someone, what can I do for you today?" she spoke cheerfully, smiling brightly at the two as they came closer. "Mr. Azrael here wishes to become part of the Guild. If you would please be so kind, as to give him his Guild Stamp, we can register him as a full member of Blue Pegasus." the young girl smiled and gave a happy clap of her hands before reaching down under the desk and producing the Guild Stamp, motioning for Azrael to come closer, "Of course! Where are you going to have your Stamp at, oh, and what color do you want it?" she asked as she waited for the young man to answer.

Nogi stood back and smiled softly. He was glad that there was a new member, and from the looks of it, he seemed to like the way the place looked and, hopefully, felt. Nogi tried to keep a pleasant atmosphere within the Guild, it helped everyone over all.

Azrael paused for a moment debating what he wanted. When he decided he pulled up the sleeve of his shirt, up to the right shoulder. It revealed a long scar down his arm, but Azrael didn't look affected by the sight of it, or he didn't notice it. "Black, on my right shoulder please." When the lady had done her job, Azrael returned his sleeve to its natural position, and then looked at Nogi. "Where can I find the job board? I need money for an apartment soon. I don't think you'd mind if I camped out in the courtyard, but I try to be courteous." Azrael chuckled. Azrael was gonna enjoy it here at Blue Pegasus. He wondered what Nogi's plans were, and how this guild interacted with the others. Sure Blue Peg was legal, but he read somewhere that each guild had a whole personality to them. Perhaps Blue Peg was condescending, being so fancy, or they were totally heartwarming and everyone else was mean. Why did people have to be mean? Azrael shook the thought away, looking around once more. Azrael also wanted to do a mission really quick. After meeting the mermaid heel mage, and showing his magic to Nogi, he couldn't help but feel the battle lust increasing. War isn't fun, competition is. That was Azrael's philosophy anyways. After his question was asked, a nearby member of the guild pointed to the board. Azrael thanked him and then examined the board for a moment. Then turned, and left the guild entirely. He was curious to go and explore the city.

The pair made it to the Guild with no more issues than what would normally be expected when walking from Magnolia South Gate Park back to Blue Pegasus. For the most part, Nogi had remained thoughtfully quiet, answering the young woman when asked questions, or pointing out a few specific places of interest as they passed that she may want to return to later. So, as the great doors to the Guild Hall were opened, Nogi stepping inside first, he smiled and turned, motioning to what was beyond the doors. "Welcome to the Blue Pegasus Guild, a legal and licensed Guild overseen by the Magic Council. Our more active members are currently out I believe... However they should return eventually." In all honesty, he had no idea where Azrael had went off to, and he mentally scolded himself for being such a lazy Guild Master. "If you are hungry, the bar is down those steps there..." he pointed to a set of stairs that led downwards near the reception desk, then moved to point at the large, grande staircase in the middle of the hall. "Take those to the upper level which will lead you to the Guild Hall proper, as well as to the living areas and out to the courtyard. If you get lost, you can either ask me, or find anyone else in the building, I am sure they would be more than happy to assist you." he explained all of this with a smile on his face.

He seemed to think of something as he finished, blinking as he started, "Oh. If you decide that you would like to go and visit the other Guilds once you have looked around, I would be more than happy to accompany you if you would rather not go by yourself. I have an office at the top of the stairs that you can find me in, if I am not wandering the courtyard or Guild." He gave a soft chuckle, waiting to see what she would decide before he went off to do... ugh... paperwork. If she were going to eat, then he would tell them not to charge her, even if it meant that it would upset the barkeep... Again.

{Entering from South Gate Park}

Upon their entry into the guild hall, the young woman stared in fascination at the area. The reception desk, the red carpeted grand staircase, and the immaculate floors and pillar- this was the Blue Pegasus guild? The environment resembled that of a large mansion, and as Nogi welcomed her and briefly explained how to navigate her way through the building, he also offered to escort her to the other guild should she wish to visit them before making any decision. Throughout the discussion, Mirgeanu had lowered her hood as she looked to where the guildmaster had pointed, her attention briefly lingering on the stairs leading to the bar area. Having heard that the other members were absent from the guild, the young woman pondered on whether or not to train herself until their return... but she barred the thought from her mind. There was plenty of time for that; right now, she needed food.

Mirgeanu felt at ease here, despite having been in the guild for more than a few minutes. Whether it was due to the environment itself, or from the pleasant disposition of Nogi himself- evidenced by his warm smile and relaxed posture- this place could give her not only security, but also companionship. Then again, it would depend on her meeting with the other guild members if they returned soon. "Thank you, Nogi... I'd like to visit the bar first before searching for my room; traveling through the guild hall with a disruptive stomach won't be appealing to everyone's ears," she replied with a short laugh. As if on cue, her stomach started growling, resulting in a deadpan look and a sigh from the young woman. So much for first impressions.

Azrael approached the guild once more, with Lee Jo in tow. Pushing open the doors the mage was home, taking a step in he noticed Nogi instantly, his crimson red clothes draping his body was very evident over the background of the guild. Next to him was another obvious character. She had an interesting hair color, which was also evident over her skin color. Azrael smiled, happy to see Nogi again, and a new face. "This is Blue Pegasus." Azrael gestured to the entirety of the guild. Azrael advanced towards Nogi. "This particular mage's fate decided to send him to us. All decided by the dice roll of 2." Azrael chuckled and walked past the group. "I'll leave him to you Nogi. I'll see to it that this woman gets some food however." Azrael nodded his head to the woman and then started towards the bar.

Lee Jo

Lee Jo looked around like a bewildered puppy in a new house as he took in the guild lobby. Much of it resembled something he'd have seen at the entrance to a very luxurious mall or mansion. His eyes reflected the many lights that shined in his direction. At a point, he became mesmerized by the lights and wouldn't stop watching them glare in on him and the room's contents.

Nogi gave a soft chuckle as he listened to her, and as if on que, her stomach rumbled. He smiled warmly at her, nodding and opening his mouth to start to speak when the Guild doors were opened again, and in walked a black haired Mage, a familiar blonde in tow. "Oh?" Nogi spoke this word to himself, an eyebrow arching curiously as he listened to Azrael introduce the blonde to the Guild briefly. When the dark haired Mage came up to them, Nogi smiled, happy to see his Guild Member back and in one piece, and looking quite healthy for it too. He blinked at the explanation, head tilting to the side as his brow furrowed slightly. Decided by a dice roll...? Just what had Azrael been doing since he had walked out of the Guild? Hopefully not scamming people into joining... Nogi glanced at the blonde, frowning slightly at the thought of him forcing someone to join, though, that honestly didn't seem like Azrael, so Nogi banished the thought and smiled once more.

He heard him mention getting the girl some food, and Nogi nodded, motioning to her, "This is Mirgeanu Zalchen, for right now, she is just a guest at the Guild, however I would like her to be treated just as any other member would be. Please, make her feel welcome. Miss Zalchen, this is Azrael, one of my Guild Members. I will leave you in his capable hands." the red head replied with his customary smile, stepping aside as an indication for Azrael to take the lead with her to the bar. He turned now to look at the blonde, and couldn't help but narrow his eyes slightly, not in a threatening way, but more of a thoughtful look, as he watched the other. Last he remembered, this male had been a part of Mermaid Heel... but that had been a while back. Had something happened that made him decide to leave that Guild? Well, his reasoning didn't matter to the fox in all honesty. He turned his attention now to the newcomer, bowing respectfully in greeting to him, "Welcome. As Azrael said, this is Blue Pegasus, a fully legal and licensed Guild, overseen by the Magic Council." he introduced, again, deciding to fail to introduce himself fully. He wasn't one to really step out and say that he was the Guild Master if he didn't have to, and would rather people think him just as a friendly... greeter? Or something of that nature. Sometimes people tended to get weird when they found out he was a Guild Master. "I am glad that you have decided to join us, and wish that whatever troubles caused you to change your mind on your previous Guild, you do not find here. Please, if there is anything that you wish to know, do not hesitate to ask. I will try to be as helpful as possible." Jeezus, he really did sound like a greeter at Fairy Mart... Hi, welcome to Fairy Mart, for all your magical needs! the overly chipper voice sounded in his head, his own mind mocking him, but he simply ignored it and kept his attention focused on the newcomer.

It seemed the two would not be without company; the guild doors had opened to welcome two men, one of whom approached the guild master while the other one was preoccupied with staring at the guild hall as though it were a royal palace. The one who spoke with Nogi- and whom was introduced to her as Azrael- was a few inches above her height, though his black hair and near pale skin color were practically inverse to her own hair and skin. She bowed upon the revelation of her name as was customary, though she showed a slight hint of surprise when the guild master requested that she would be treated as one of their own. They would show her such courtesy even though she didn't have the guild mark? Mirgeanu couldn't help but wonder if Nogi was already planning for her to have an extended stay, or if it was simply common courtesy. Either way, the guildmaster was earning her respect.

As for the other man who had arrived with Azrael, it didn't take long at all for the young woman to recognize him. After all, who would be able to forget the appearance of the person who had nearly tackled them to the ground and followed their case of mistaken identity with a variety of bizarre antics? Even more puzzling, Azrael had mentioned that the human speeding bullet had chosen to join the guild through a... dice roll? Mirgeanu decided not to process the logic of it any further; otherwise, she would have a migraine. Instead, she followed Azrael as he guided her towards the bar; hopefully the boy was too distracted to even recognize her for now.

"I'm interested to hear how his choice was influenced by a dice roll," Mirgeanu casually remarked, resisting the urge to laugh; after all, the boy's path was chosen regardless. However, she was still curious about this person that the boy had mistaken her for during their encounter in the park. Maybe she would ask him about it at a later time. "Thank you for your hospitality, Azrael; you're not surprised by my residing within the guild even though I'm not a member?" she questioned the black haired mage as they walked.

Azrael chuckled as the woman showed interest in the reasoning behind Lee Jo's arrival. The reasoning being that there isn't any. He shook his head no to her question. "I'll tell you about him over some drinks. As for Blue Pegasus, I don't really care who the guild master takes care of. I don't really have a right to judge when I'm a blood mage." Azrael yawned, it had been a fairly long day for him, and he felt like he had gotten a lot done. He wanted to relax now, a good drink could help him with that. Company put him at ease too. "Not that it's a secret. Anyways, ladies first." Azrael opened the door to the bar and his free hand gently gestured towards going through. He smiled at Mirgeanu, waiting for her to take the first step.

Attempting to find a logical explanation behind their mutual acquaintance's arrival was basically futile, though Azrael did offer to discuss it over some drinks. Furthermore, in regards to her inquiry earlier, it didn't matter to him who was permitted within the guild walls, and selecting to avoid making assumptions due to the fact that he was a Blood Mage. Mirgeanu was a bit stunned- his magic dealt with blood? It was pretty unusual to hear of such a thing existing considering the area she was from, yet she felt something akin to fascination about it. Not in a creepy kind of way; she simply wondered what he could do with that magic. Azrael’s yawn prompted her to be lenient with any future questions she might have; there was no sense in wearing him out even more than he already was. Being the cordial man he was, the mage held the door open for the young woman while he invited her inside, earning a soft smile from Mirgeanu. “Once again, thank you,” she replied before she stepped through the door.
