Its pretty bad today...Things were going great at first, I was passing really well, but the it's weird after I got home from school it just hit me...I think it's my bed room, every time I look at it I remember I'm female on the outside ad that my body is not what I wish it was...

I'm sorry it's hard for you today. What if you start redecorating your room little by little? I have ptsd and I redecorate a lot for different seasons and sometimes holidays. Being in my room makes me remember a lot of bad things, but if I change it up even a little or rearrange stuff it feels like a whole different area and I try to fill it with positive and fun thoughts and things. Also, music helps a lot when I'm feeling down and having a bad dysphoria day.

I want to Just lack time... plus the walls are hot pink. And I don't think my dad will let me paint them. Music helps me out too but I was fortunate enough that my love was able to come over and cheer me up a bit smile

Aww I'm glad your love was able to come over and cheer you up. I don't have one, but that would be a nice way to be cheered up too. My dad painted all the walls a light mocha color and my sister ended up buying a dark purple and painting her room little by little till it was all done. Dad got mad, but he didn't have her re-paint. Hmmmmm...have you tried putting up posters of things you like or buy those big reusable wall stickers? That way it hides the hot pink and you see the stuff you like on the walls. You can buy blue tape (it's actually blue) and put up your posters with that since it's easy to peel off the wall once you are done (I do that in my room because dad doesn't want holes in his precious walls stare ).

I have a few things, like I have flag props for some of my cosplay's anda couple posters. I need to get more but posters, I just need a day to go shopping for some, in the next state over since where im at has nothing ._. (its a really boring place ) that could help so I shall try that
