Personality: Lucian is snarky and confrontational, constantly cracking jokes that are just looking for a fight. He comes across as aggressive, brash, cocky and defensive, and he is all of the above. These are all defense mechanisms to help protect his very fragile inner-self though, and it’s that inner-self that draws the line between being a cynical pain in the neck, and a totally evil person. He is guarded and isn’t likely to open up to people, and the only one who can really get close to him is Magneto, and even then it’s little more than an apprentice-and-master relationship. He is crude and distrusting, but every once in a while his softer, “good” side will show itself and prove that he isn’t all bad- he’s just broken.
History: Lucian was taken from his two mutant parents -a pair who had refused to be registered- and taken to a government facility to be experimented on for the purposes of stopping his potential X-gene from showing itself. He had his white hair, pale skin and scarlet eyes from birth, and whether or not this was a cause of the X-genes or just a simple albino mutation were unknown. As he aged, kept captive in the lab dedicated to fighting against mutants, his powers began to show themselves after several blood tests were taken: he had a chemical imbalance in his blood that caused an advanced mutation in the iron of his cells, a mutation that made the iron into a living weapon inside of him. Several samples were taken, but as soon as the mutated cells left his body they became dormant and useless. His time at the lab was painful and highly unpleasant, but all that came to an end when the Brotherhood raided the facility and freed him, Magneto taking him under his wing. Though he is loyal to the Brotherhood, for the time being, it is only because he has nowhere else to turn to; his alignment is subject to change, given the right incentive.

Powers:The living steel cells can be used in a number of ways- he can harden them under his skin as a sort of built-in shield, or he can project them out of his body in the form of simple weaponry, such as blades or mallets.
Weaknesses: Using his blood outside his body harms his skin, and he has to limit how much he does it; in the presence of powerful magnets, his cells will often move about and break through his skin out of his control; the cells have to be carefully maintained through pills and injections or they will multiply too quickly and suffocate his normal blood cells.
