The meeting hall of higher-ups within the Quincy is located on the second tier of the Wandenreich Headquarters, and is found near the current ruler's throne room. This location is most often only occupied by the advisors, emperor, and grandmaster, with the occasional addition of other influential members of the society, and is mainly used for the discussion of the current status of the civilisation, as well as any other details that may impact the future of the colony. Often conversation will be had here prior to any official announcements are made to the lot of the Quincy. It is rare that a lower-classified Quincy or Sternritter will be invited to the meeting hall, however it is not unheard of. This event would only occur with good reason.

Hans left the Sternnritter barracks, as he began to walk along the halls of the Wandenreich's Headquarters. "I wonder what the king's doing on such an ungodly hour?" It was only 03:47, as his comrades were still fast asleep, as Hans was one of the few souls that was still up at such an hour. Eventually reaching the end of the hallway, Hans reached for the golden doorknob that led to the meeting hall and entered. The candles within the room were still light, as Hans was relieved to see that he didn't have to worry about lighting the room. For now, he simply sat down where he usually sat down, as he would wait for the rest of his comrades to wake up before calling a meeting with the higher ups of the Wandenreich.

Tobias Clark
The King in Yellow

Tobias had been sitting in the meeting room for quite some time. His chair was turned away from the table, hiding him from the doo. The only sign of his presence was the sound of paper shuffling ever few minutes, and the creak as old glasses were adjusted on the bridge of his nose.

Tobias sat in silence, reading a sheaf of paper stapled through the corner, and covered in careful letter head. It was handwritten for the most part, and from the expression on Tobias' face, it was troubling news. Faint creases marked his budding worry, the increasing depth of the wrinkles giving sign to the increasing worry.

He read on, before the doors opened. He gave no sign of turning around, but checked a pocket watch dangling from his waistcoat. It was early, almost too early for other people to be up as of yet. Tobias was welcomely surprised to find that someone other than the night crew and himself were awake. The watch would be pushed back into the silk lined pocket of the vest, and with the creak of his glasses following, they were also pushed into an inner pocket. Tobias pulled his coat tighter around his shoulders, and with a twirl from his foot, the chair would turn.

Hans had thought himself alone in the room, but as always, his King was one step ahead.

" Are you so worried as to be unable to sleep, Hans? " Tobias asked, a sweet smile spreading across his lips.

As Hans sat down in his normal seat, pondering on what the emperor told him recently, he believed he was alone. He let his worries get the best of him, completely ignoring the emperor's presence, as what he knew was coming towards the quincy race. He was surprised at first when the emperor addressed him, as he sighed to see that it was only the emperor himself.

"Oh you have no idea." Pausing, Hans got up and slowly made his way over to the giant windows that were on the other side of the meeting hall. Hans sighed, as he looked down onto the place the quincy called him for the past three hundred years. The effects of the Great Ash War resonated strongly with the quincy race, as the place they formally called their home, earth, was completely destroyed and now overrun by hollows.

Hans turned to the emperor and spoke in a concerned tone. "I think we should inform others of the current situation your majesty. Shall I call forth a meeting?"

Tobias Clark
The King in Yellow

For some reason, Tobias had expected Hans to help assuage his worried state. Then again, the masked man was a business like, curt individual. Tobias had to reprimand himself in knowing that Hans had little room for emotional contact, even if the King himself desired it. It left a sour taste in Tobias' mouth, making the man purse his lips when Hans walked towards the windows, his back to the King.

In truth, Hans was probably correct, and it took a moment for Tobias to work that through his head. The situation the Quincy were facing was dire indeed, and any hiccup in the process of moving away from their realm left the option for corrupting death to wiggle it's way among Tobias' people.

Tobias wouldn't stand for that, and neither would any other member of the Sternritter.

Tobias brought his fingers to his lips, thinking for a long moment. By the latest reports and some calculations, the Quincy didn't have long. A day or two, at the maximum capacity. The realm itself just wouldn't support them any longer; the Dangai was too tumultuous for anything unnatural. Their presence among it was anathema to the chaos, and it wouldn't stand.

But was it quite time to evacuate, make a mass exodus?

The worry was building again.

Tobias had to deal with a simple fact that they were not prepared. His predecessor had not cared for the future, only worrying for the current situation. If left the idea of preparing a new world on Earth once more out of the question; The Quincy simply didn't do it. And now, they were left sitting on their hands, not ready for possible eradication once more.

He decided swiftly.

" Yes, call the Sternritter. " Tobias said, leaning deeply into the plush around him. He would have to tell them all.

Having left the Sternritter barracks, Christof eventually arrived at the meeting hall. He swiftly pushed open the doors and glided in, his cloak and hair sweeping behind him with each step. So far, there only seemed to be two others to have arrived; the King himself and his second in command. Christof eyed both of them, blinking his thick pink eyelashes over his eyes. His smile had a hint of mischief to it, but this was typical of him. Especially considering the fact that he had suddenly been called for such an important event. At least, Christof assumed that the event must be important. After all, though Christof was a pureblooded Quincy, it still wasn't every day that he was called into this magnificent room. It looks like it has good acoustics... what a waste, he thought quickly as he entered. Once he had made his way well into the room, he bowed politely to the higher ranked Quincy. "You called, my Lord?" his voice was rather high pitched for a male, though with a sort of soft and musical timbre to it, rather like a nocturne. Though he did not explicitly state anything, there was a hint of excitement over his usual tone; not particularly good or bad excitement, but rather a sort of anticipation over whatever change would undoubtedly follow this sudden meeting.

Temperance made her way towards the Meeting Hall. It seemed that they were being called here and with the interruptions of her sleep a yawn escaped her lips. Her black dress that reached all the way down her legs danced with her movements as she approached. Her eyes were closed for a moment as water formed at the corners of her faint blue eyes. It was very hard for her to wake up. Like a moving corpse. Fighting back another yawn as she slowly opened her eyes. Looking out into the room with a cold and blank face. Her normal appearance as she show little emotion most of the time, towards anyone. Her eyes first fell on Hans who stood by the window, the King and then Christof. Her expression didn't change but her eyes opened completely now showing they had her full attention. Her eyes scanned over towards the emperor as she bowed her head forward. A sign of respect as she joined the group. Wanting to know what was going on as she was sure to find out soon enough.

Hans nodded his head, as he got up and walked out of the room for a brief moment, as he called forth five messengers. He whispered to them a brief order, as they saluted Hans and rushed over to deliver the news of the meeting. He sighed as he sat back down, as he waited for his comrades to show up. Once two arrived, he simply waved hello to them, but kept quit, as it was clear that something was bothering Hans.

Temperance watched those around her as no one said anything for a moment. Just stood in silence. Her eyes flashed over to Hans who nodded his head and walked out of the room. He was only gone for a moment as her arms crossed over her chest. Allowing her to stand in a more comfortable position. The room was quite as she thought about taking a seat but standing seemed more reasonable at this point since the situation was not clear. Hans returned to a seat as he took rest in one of the chairs. A wave escaped his arm as she returned with a similar wave. Unhooking her arms for just a moment before locking them back in place. From his body language along it was clear something was wrong. Her pale blue eyes closing for a single moment before a sigh escaped her. Something was clearly wrong and yet not a single one of them said anything. "I'm sure we were called here for a reason?" she spoke out into the empty room hoping to get some sort of answer, even if it was just for herself.

Hans sighed as he heard Temperance break the silence, as she asked why they were being called to the meeting hall. By now, the majority of the Sternritter were present, and Hans knew that it was urgent that his comrades would hear word about what was coming. "Tobias won't be able together the realm we now call home. We have roughly forty-eight hours to undergo necessary procedures to evacuate to the World of the Living..." Speaking in a rather cold and somber tone, Hans was speaking the truth, as very soon, a great ordeal of hardship was heading to the quincy race once more.

ALICE ~SUPER~ GATCHAMAN !

Commonly vivd eyes were lit with a dreadful blaze; the once delicate cinnamon brown hue had changed face and now presented itself as brown diamonds reflecting the light from her soul lit with fire. The pupils of her eyes strangled the image of each individual in the room as she passed along their faces; her black mane stood fiercely almost like would the fur of a cat caught in a craze. Waving her menacing broad sword over her head in a confrontational fashion, her face came into a fold of lines which clearly showed her annoyance, "OK who's the wise guy who had the balls to wake me up this morning with that loud alarm? I'm not playing with you people I need my eight hou-" Her rant was cut short as she looked upon the stern expression haunting the faces of her fellow Sternritters... Something was wrong. A silence that came and left as quickly as a body of light flashes in sky overcame the room until Hans somberly gave his reasons for having summoned them all. Her arm wielding the broad sword over her head abruptly stopped and the blade fell from her grasp, falling onto the floor and piercing the concrete, its tip sheathed by the gap it made. An announcement of this nature was never something to be taken lightly, especially when it concerned their home, the realm of the living. Her anger vanishing within an instant, her hair fell back in its place and the lines of fury drawn on her face subsided to signs of desperation and concern, "Wha- I don't understand... No never mind that, if it concerns the realm of the living then we shouldn't be standing here anymore, we should be out the door!" Her emotions were on the borderline of panic but what little she had of self control kept them from being completely wrapped in the heat of the moment. Alice was not fully aware of the situation but so far from what she heard, things were bound to get worse.

Temperance's arms tightened across her chest as she heard Hans words. Then a sigh as those pale arms softly unhooked and fell to the sides of her body. "Then let's get going." it wasn't like they could stop this so they might as well get a move on before it was too late. Her attention was brought to Alice however as she entered the room. Going on about something again as she simply looked as the fire in her eyes slowly dimmed as she become known to the situation. Alice either always gave her a headache because of her loud mouth or entertained her. It was always a toss up. Temperance took a seat in one of the chairs as her hands were placed gentle in her lap. "I'm ready to leave when the rest of you are." anything that had value to Temperance was already on her body. Not having to do much preparing on her own part. Now she hardly payed attention to anything other then the words, lets go. Even the dropping of Alice's broadsword hardly caught her attention or even a look as she kept eyes forward and very serious.

As Hans broke the news to his fellow comrades, he saw that they were surprisingly alright with the news. In fact, they seemed rather annoyed that preparations hadn't already gone underway. Hans grinned, as he looked at his comrades and spoke. "Very well then! Temperance, alert the soldiers of the Wandenreich of the evacuation. We need to ensure that we can get the entire quincy population safely from our current realm into the World of the Living."

Then turning over to Alice, as he needed her to help out with another important task. "Alice, I need you to gather a small team that I'll be leading to the World of the Living. We're going to have to make sure we can find a suitable area where we can relocate and not have to worry immediately about those pesky hollows that are still roaming free in the realm." Once done, he really didn't have any more orders for the rest, as their tasks were assigned. With that Hans got up and left the meeting hall, as he needed to get ready for the mission at hand. ALICE ~SUPER~ GATCHAMAN !

She was a child of war, a season killer, one of the leading generals whom everyday marched past the doorsteps of death. Yet all her training nor her experience could have prepared Alice for the violence of the emotions that took her. But in spite the moment of helplessness, Alice was reminded of her position; she was one of the lion's fangs, a symbol of its killing power. If one were to appear rotten, the image of the king would be sullied... and that. That would not be tolerated. With a strong kick Alice sent her broad sword flying off the ground and into the air, with a swift hand she caught the weapon by the neck, stopping its midair spin and struck the ground. A small expansion of air quickly manifested, her black mane was lifted by its passing thus revealing her piercing somber brown eyes. "Alright, I got it. Just leave it to me." She gave a respectful bow, but as her back slowly rose her gaze was locked on the general area of her fellow Sternritter, "Now for the rest of you. If you don't have any specific job to do, then you'll be joining me in my task of collecting others for the small tactical group." Switching the angle of her grip on the hilt of her blade Alice spun around so that she was facing the exit, but despite not being able to clearly see her face, her voice reconfirmed her serious expression, "If any of you need me, I'll be in the barracks looking for my volunteers." Alice made her way out the quarters with her blade dragging on the floor behind her, the sparks from the friction were insignificant to the torrent of flames surging beneath her skin.

"Evacuation?" Christof mused, his tone inquisitive with a hint of his usual mysterious playfulness. He folded his arms, looking over his fellow Quincy. None of them seemed much interested in the details of their exodus, and Christof himself simply figured that it was above his paygrade (though it should be noted that despite working literally 24/7 as a Quincy, they 1) weren't paid and 2) didn't really have a use for money). Additionally, that Lord Quincy's right hand assigned a task force to be headed off. Christof was omitted from assignment, which he noticed but didn't particularly mind. Though volunteering did not sound entirely appealing, he figured that as a Sternreitter he would probably get in trouble if he didn't help his comrades in staking out land in the world of the living. His crimson eyes trailed over to that excited young woman in charge of gathering a group to head out into the world of the living. Christof smiled a bit at her enthusiasm, though it was a weird sort of smile: like a double edged blade, almost. As she headed out, Christof simply blinked and turned to the remaining Quincy. "As I have been assigned no other duties, I shall be leaving to join with Mr. Adler's team, if you'll excuse me." With that simple courtesy, he turned toward the exit, his flowing coat making it appear almost as though he was floating out of the room.
