Celebrating the start of the giving season, Destiny City's annual Holiday Fair opens its doors on December first!

The Destiny City Holiday Fair is a small street fair located in Greenway Park, where local artists, restaurants, sweet shops, and other small businesses can sell their wares as potential holiday gifts for the season. It is open from 10 am to 8pm daily, with entrances at the east and west sides of the park.

It is a popular shopping spot for people hunting down special and unusual finds for friends and family for the holidays, or just to walk around in during those off-hours during the work day or on the way home.

OOC NOTE:

There is no official ORP thread for the Holiday Fair; instead, it is a setting that you are welcome to use in any RP threads during the month of December and that, specifically, will be used for a Negaverse Training exercise by General Ilmenite on December 6th.

For a bit of fun, I thought I'd make a little directory, inviting anyone who owns a store, business, or otherwise does crafts IC to claim a booth where their character might sell things, including drawing a silly little design of their booth, if so desired. This might serve as solo fodder, or might provide opportunity for solos or for more RP for your characters!

CLAIMING A BOOTH:

Numbers will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. If you'd like to claim a booth, please just fill out the following form and post it in this thread.

You can find a silly template for drawing your booth here, or you can draw from sketch, or you can leave it up to peoples' imaginations!

BOOTH DIRECTORY:

Booth 1:
Booth Name: The Gazebo
Booth Owner: Management
Wares for Sale: Live music between the hours of 5-8, and all day Saturday/Sunday; some limited seating on the steps.
Booth Design: It is a rather large, round gazebo, with shallow stone steps leading up to it. A lighting rig and sound equipment has been set up to allow music to be projected throughout the approximate half a block the event occupies.

Booth 2:
RESERVED FOR SOMEONE SERVING FOOD;
if you're serving food, you can claim this booth.

Booth 3:
Booth Name: Slave to the Grind
Booth Owner: as of yet unnamed owner of slave; it's going to be run largely by Jude Harrow / Sailor Sisyphus
Wares for Sale: Coffee, tea, chai, bubble tea, pastries. In particular, they have several holiday themed drinks, such as Peppermint Mocha and Pumpkin Spice Chai, as well as pumpkin pie.
Booth Design: It looks a lot like Slave to the Grind, with hanging chalkboards announcing the specials of the day and prices. Several board games decorate the back of the booth.

Booth 4:
RESERVED FOR SOMEONE SERVING FOOD;
if you're serving food, you can claim this booth.

Booth 5:
RESERVED FOR SOMEONE SERVING FOOD;
if you're serving food, you can claim this booth.

Booth 42:
Booth Name: Bedlam
Booth Owner: Julian Renee, AKA Ever Ambrodiel/General Ilmenite
Wares for Sale: Offensively overpriced cocoa and cookies. In truth, the booth is a front, and a way for Negaverse agents on the night of the 6th to get supplies they can use to lure in victims, to gather their energy. It is a refueling station, which is conspicuously empty the rest of the fair.
Booth Design: It is bare, with a cheap desk and a folding chair, an electric kettle and several empty plastic bins. When Ilmenite is there, these bins hold chocolates, cookies, and cocoa mix.
