This Outpost was the first of it's kind and set up to aid the Shinobi of Konohoagakure and Uzushiogakure in the fight against the Arrancar forces in the Land of Wind and aid in Sealing portals around the Shinobi world. They are also working with Shinobi forces to locate and purge the land of any Souls that have not passed on and are tied to this something. Before making this outpost, they went through the proper lines and got permission from the Hokage. This base is fully equipped with barracks, medical chambers and a Senkaimon to go back and forth from the Seireitei for resupply.
The Outpost is located 13 miles out of Konohagakure and 15 away from Uzushiogakure, near the edge of the Forest of Death and a few miles away from the Valley of Lightning. The Shinigami also assists Konohagakure in bandit control. They capture Bandits and are given Ryo as a reward, if they have a bounty they are also given that.
Currently, there are 50 of shinigami stationed here, there are also Konohagakure and Uzushiogakure Shinobi stationed here for joint ops and other excerises, to train before engaging Hollows. They are also allowed to go and communicate with the local villages so that they can make ties with the Natives. To help further increase ties, the Shinigami are given a bonus pay of the Ryo and trading with the natives.

A portal opened up and out tumbled two sand Shinobi. Honchurue stood up and helped his brother up. "Where are we? This is not the Sand." Honchurue looked around and noticed a sign on the wall. Konaha outpost whats that?" Michael looked around and noticed some ninjas so he went over and asked them which way to the sand village. When he got tje answer and returned to his brother with tears in his eyes, "The Sand is gonee where will we go now?" Honchurue also had tears in his eyes and thought for a moment, what about Uza. The land Ayperos came from?" "Do you think they would accept us? I mean we are sand Shinobi after all." Honchurue thought and said, "sure why not let's get there then." The two headed towards to Uzushi

Outside of the shinogami outpost, Adelle would arrive, approaching calmly. He held in his spiritual pressure for the moment, wanting to get closer and get a better look before he could be stopped. From what he could sense though the place was guarded by a lot of individuals, however, none were too powerful in their spiritual pressures, at least from what he could detect here. The best way to gain some level of control would be to eliminate the three by opposing outside forces first.
Ashido sat next to the front entrance to the outpost, he had been drinking allot of Saka. Ashido was no alcoholic, he had only drank then because times seemed good and he had a drinking bet with some Shinobi at a tavern. Ashido lost horribly, so he came home with a pocket less in Ryo and allot more drunk. He had managed not to get any on himself, even in this drunk state he was still alert and able to lower his spiritual pressure. Ashido had also left a trail of vomit from the tavern to the outpost. The outpost was still said to be unknown to the Arrancar so it was ok for Shinigami to have a little fun here and there. Little did they know that the enemy had found them and was preparing an attack...

Adelle drew closer, and would eventually be spotted by one of the lower officers. Clad in his brown cloak, he advanced. Within moments, lower level shinigami would advance, moving to halt him. His number wasn't visible, nor his repressed spiritual pressure detectable to them, however, he had no headband visible, and looked a little off from being a normal human. The small group of shinigami would form a wall in front of him. They asked him to identify himself. "I am Adelle. I've come to rid this place of you filt." In the instant his words were finished, the shinigami would have hardly any time to react, as a swift series of punches and kicks came their way. In less then two seconds, all the shinigami in front of him had been downed. This soon would draw the attention of others who would move to stop him.
Rlrlr, since idk what your character would do with the knocked out bodies or if he would still even be in that area, I'm gonna leave it to you to start elaborate on what the group found.

Ashido heard some commotion, so he stood up to investigate. As began to stumble his way over to where he heard the commotion, he was suddenly interrupted by an alarmed group coming from inside the outpost. They asked him respectfully to return to the compound and sober up, but Ashido insisted that he should accompany them. The group was made up from 3 Konohagakure Jonin, 2 Uzushiogakure Jonin, and 6 Shinigami. After convincing them, Ashido punched himself in an attempt to sober up. It kind of worked, it was now more alerted then before. They made it to the location of the commotion, to discover---

Anja had been dozing on her desk when she felt a spiritual pressure outside. It was small, but she suspected it was a lieutenant level or higher, cloaking his spiritual pressure. She turned to the ninja who had been inside, to find they were already rushing out. She, too, felt something going on outside, so she stepped outside to investigate. She found the Squad 8 captain outside, Ashido.

The bodies would be left on the ground, all surprisingly alive. A total of nine Shinigami had been taken out. All were either unconscious, or barely conscious. There were multiple bone fractures and heavy internal bleeding in all of them, and even a few shattered zanpaktos. This was all signs of heavy blunt force trauma. Thankfully, there were no casualties, yet, but the shinigami had been taken out of the fight rather clearly. Adelle was nowhere in sight, but there were small traces of a hollow's spiritual pressure there. Adelle had to slump to guerrilla tactics, it seemed. His spiritual powers had taken a major hit, and it would take time for them to recover completely. He would also have to re-establish his rank with the others. But for now, he would deal with this. His current weakness was evident in the survival of the shinigami. Normally a punch from him would not only kill them, but tear them apart. Of course, given the heavy injuries they sustained, rapid treatment was still necessary for their survival. Adelle would move, hidden along the treeline to approach the facility from another angle. While a large portion of their forces would be gathered to the injured, he could break through any thinned defenses left. Adelle did detect, however, two stronger spiritual pressures. They were each a match for his own in his current state. One on one, he could handle it, but not with so many other enemies around. He would need to make his strikes carefully and precise. Adell would move in on the facility from the other end, where the shinigami would no doubt be thinnest, not expecting an attack from this end. Adelle would approach quickly, his fist smashing into and through the wall of the building, His fist next slammed upwards as the side of the building would crumble down, with the shinigami here falling towards him. He would quickly deliver strikes towards the startled shinigami, likely taking them both out of the fight. In the next moment, he would quickly pull back again to get cover, knowing the sounds would draw others that way.

-Continuing off from last post- A group of Shinigami injured on the ground. All the Shinigami had been taken out by a powerful enemy and judging by the spiritual pressure left over by the attacker, the enemy seemed to be in a weakened state. Ashido then noticed Lady Anja Fuego had arrived at the situation. "About tiiiime arroved you herer... It's ovious that a Arroncare had attacked... They need Medics, stat." Ashido spoke in a drunkish manner, though he had really been kind of drunk he was mostly kidding around some. "Can I-I burn down the foliage around the walls? The enemy is most likely hiding with in these bushes and trees... Though that is rather strange tactics for an Arrancar, it would be suicide to enter the outpost without reinforcements." Ashido finished speaking and unsheathed his Zanpakto.

Jut as the two were about to leave Honchurue felt an unusual presence in the outpost and quickly grabbed his brother. Theywere at the far end of the outpost and we nearly punched by the Arrancar when he came through the wall. Both brothers prepared for battle, Michael's puppets were summoned and sand flew around Honchurue and the hoole blocking the arrancar's escape. Michael was the one t speak first, "Why are you attacking thse innocent people? What have they doe to you?" Honchurue continued in a slightly demonic voice, "You have injured allies of the shinobi you wil py for that!" Sand flew at the man and would hopefully ensnare him fro moving, wile puppets began shooting poison kunai at him.

Anja walked onto the scene to find shiinigami on the ground injured. She started to mutter to herself as she assessed the injuries "Looks like a crushin blow, not meant to pierce the skin, or maybe it was? Either way, definitely broken ribs, internal bleeding certain." She then raised her voice to the captain, not taking her eyes off the scene. "Have you been drinking again Ashido? Not that it particularly matters at this point, but I do think that fighting drunk is not a good idea. I know that for a fact..." She sighed and rubbed her head. She could hear noises in the other side of the base, but these injured were the priority.

Adelle had moved back as the sand advanced to block the hole. He moved back from the two, looking through the opening at them. He moved swiftly around the spray of poisoned kunai, dodging each of them. "Innocent. They've invaded a world that they don't belong in. My world." He flew back into the foliage and trees to avoid being seen. He quickly moved through them, using them for cover as he rushed towards a new side of the facility. He would check to make sure the others weren't looking his way, before rushing along He would strike the side of the building an burst through that wall. Taking a moment to look around, he repressed his spiritual pressure, and began to explore.

Ashido replied to Anja, then he sensed a slight spiritual pressure towards the back of the outpost and it was followed by some ruckus, sounded as if it was sand or something. "Hey, there's something in the back of the outpost, it would be a good time to use my Shikai to a very small portion of the surrounding forest. It's controlled burns so we don't have to worry." He pointed out. After that, he started to walk closer to the opening to the outpost. He saw that more Shinobi and Shinigami had been alerted and began to investigate around the outpost.

When the man tried to leave the sand blocked the exits to the area and again tried to surround him. "What do you mean they have not tried to take over the Shinobi world. They have shown us nothing but kindness. You have no right to attack them." Michael was fuming now and was prepared to attack this thing. Honchurue knew this thing was not human so he just asked, "what are you." The demon voice was still there and now his eyes were deep red. If the thing attacked he would fight to kill.
