there once was a time where rpg's were slow turn based games a player would play to improve stratagies while experiencing a deep, moving story. since those times they have become more non-linear and down to earth, with gripping realism of beating a grizzly bear with wooden club while stealing an old mans scotch. and with tommorrow showing rpg's with characters move so quickly just the trailers can cause epilepsy I want to know, which rpg's did you like the most, and wich ones are you most interested in for the near future.
I for one am excited about x, for the wii u, dragon quest x, and final fantasy xv.

I haven't played a RPG in awhile.... My boyfriend's been playing Warmachine like crazy though (kind of an RPG? More a tabletop RPG, I guess....) I'm super excited for the new Zelda game though, just have to get enough money to afford it.

Hell to the yeah for A Link Between Two Worlds. I'll probably pick it up after I finish Luigi's Mansion and Kingdom Hearts 3D.
As far as my favorite RPG goes, it will always be Final Fantasy IV (or Final Fantasy II for some people). The first time I played that game, I was just so immersed with the world and story :O

1st time playing IV was sad to see the amount of self sacrifice thrown around in that game. plus I was 6 and thought anyone who died in that game stayed dead. but yes definitley the series higher standard games were for snes.
