In addition to the Observer symbol branded into his left shoulder, Artemis has a crown symbol on his right pectoral as well as a symbol of his Sin on his lower back. The only scars he possesses are the ones criss crossing over his back from his fight with Gin, Tousen, and Aizen.
Unusual Features: Artemis has his hollow hole in the middle of his right palm,though usually tends to keep it covered with a wrap, a glove, or some other kind of cloth.

Personality: Artemis is a standoffish person who tends to find himself comfortable with isolation, though at the same time he doesn't mind company. He is rather pleasant to be around as opposed to other hollow based creatures and is actually quite friendly if not a bit awkward at times. During battle he takes on a serious, though somewhat remorseful attitude, as he is not a battle hungry creature. When his Sin is activated, Artemis dons a completely new demeanor and almost completely looses himself to his Pride. In this state he becomes cruel and bloodthirsty beyond compare and will stop at nothing to destroy not only his original target, but everything around him if only to prove his supremity. In fear of this happening, Artemis usually keeps to himself and tries to interact with outsiders as little as possible.

History: In a time further back than most creatures can remember, should they have existed at the time, a king reigned over Hueco Mundo. This king was the first and only of his kind at the time, an evolution in the chain of hollows, he was a Vasto Lorde. His name was Artemis, and he was a feared creature among the adjucha that once ran the domain. Upon the discovery of his difference to the other hollow originated creatures roaming Hueco Mundo, Artemis was soon given the title of "king" rather than having actually earned it. For the most part he was avoided by weaker beings, though occasionally they would seek him out in challenge only to become food for his less ravenous appetite. As he was a more solitary and uninterested in power struggles, Artemis kept to himself and stayed out of the affairs regarding humans and shinigami, thus keeping himself off of their radar and maintaining a non-threatening status.
As he became bored of the unchanging landscape and monotonous routine that came day in and day out Artemis soon left Hueco Mundo and began to travel through the human realm. He never caused any destruction, as such was not in his nature, but merely fed off of a few hollows here and there while walking through the world that humans had created for themselves. At this time, tales of Artemis as king faded and a new allegiance was found towards an arrancar by the name of Barragan. Even so, Artemis did not concern himself with the happenings in Hueco Mundo until news came of both Barragan and his entire army having been wiped out.
Artemis soon returned to Hueco Mundo and imediately rumors of his return spread and even reached the ears of a shinigami, the one who had taken out Barragan. Upon his arrival to Las Noches, he was met with a shinigami by the name of Sōsuke Aizen who stated that he would take down the king of Hueco Mundo. Artemis simply offered the title to Aizen, finding no interest in doing battle with the shinigami captain, though the other wouldn't hear of it. If a new king were to arise while the old king still lived, then loyalties would be divided, or so Aizen said. Shortly after their exchange, Sōsuke attacked Artemis, though quickly found himself to be out matched by the Vasto Lorde and hastily recruited the help of his company, Gin Ichimaru. Artemis did a splendid job of holding his own against the pair until a third captain attacked him from behind, Kaname Tōsen. After a long hard battle, the three managed to bring down Artemis who lay in the white sand of Hueco Mundo on the brink of death.
While the thought of ending his existence was a relief to Artemis, a figure approached his dying corpse and spoke of using him. Artemis had blacked out after seeing the figure, though awoke some time later, surprised and a bit dismayed to find himself alive. He could feel something was different about himself, as if he had something weighing down in his chest. He soon came to find that weight was his Sin, as Pride was a heavy burden to carry. Artemis discovered that he was no longer just a mere Vasto Lorde, but something new entirely. He now possessed a power that he could not fully control and not of his own will, however he did not fight the Observers. Rather, he took this new power and tried his best to distance himself from the group, though the Pride now resting within him wouldn't allow him to completely seclude himself as he had done before. Without realizing it, the Pride began to subtly influence Artemis, keeping him within reach of the Observers.


─Spiritual Powers {Inactive}─

Weapon or Item: Artemis possesses a Kastane that is used as a sort of container for his spiritual powers, like most arrancars spiritual weapons. In its active form, it takes the shape of a large pair of wings that mount to his back and actually fuse to become a part of Artemis. In its final release, rather than create an all new weapon, all of the power stored within Artemis' weapon fuses to him in the form of =137923317&filters[recent]=1&sort=1&o=0]armor while the shell of his former sword becomes a staff with no true purpose other than to throw off the opposition.

Eye of Truth:
Something that all Observers are capable of doing, by drawing, or carving, or anything similar to that of this symbol onto something by an Observer. It becomes a constantly activated symbol until its somehow destroyed or removed. This symbol allows either the one that created the symbol, people the creator allowed the single to share with, or various monitors in the Castle to view all in the sight of the symbol. This is because these crossed over eye symbol is a sign of the Observers, the eyes meaning that wherever that symbol is is constantly on watched, always being Observed.
The Gateway:
Each Observer also has the natural ability to create doors out of thin air, similar to that of a Senkaimon, however this creates a hole not just through space like a Garganta, but through space into another world, as its own Universe that is only accessible by an Observers Gateway.. This prevents intrusion of other beings into their world, as well as protects the innocent in their world.
High Speed Movement:
Though many Observers are that of a race with a Special Speed ability, those who lack such an ability still are gifted with the ability of High Speed Mobility, which, if they are of a high enough level, can keep up with that of a Shinigami's Flash Step or an Arrancar's Sonido.

─Spiritual Power {Activated}─

Incantation:
Resurrección: "Strinklizo" -Translates to 'shriek'. (Using this word to activate his powers is optional.)

Appearance:
Resurrección: Artemis' overall appearance remains the same with the exception of a mask that sits on his forehead and the Nordic rune of strength, Uruz, is carved on top of his "third eye".

- Combatiente vientos: With a powerful flap of his wings, Artemis can create a dastardly gale that will continue to rage for about two posts before he must create another. Upon creating the wind storm he also releases air light, feathers that are as sharp as any sword from his wings that are blown about around the enemy. This technique can be used twice before Artemis needs to recharge for four posts.
- Mosquito: The feathers on Artemis' wings rub against each other to create a high-pitched sound that will numb the mind of his opponents mind for half of a post. This technique slows down the thought process, but does not completely hault it and can be used once every two posts.
Segunda Etapa:
- Purga: While misleading his opponent into thinking that he will use his staff to attack, Artemis instead will wait until the time is right and strike with his free hand. Upon landing a blow to his opponent, a curse will appear on the opposing wherever they were hit. This seal slowly eats away at a very small portion of the oppositions reiatsu every half post. To use this technique, Artemis must sacrifice the same amount of reiatsu as is being taken from his opponent every half post as well. This technique can be used as often as chosen, but the amount of reiatsu sacrificed will continue to add up with each new seal.

─ Power of the Deadly Sins {True Calling}─


Incantation:
"Kathilomeno einai o Yperifanos" -Translates to 'Dammed are the Proud' ( While Artemis must use an incantation to activate his Sin, the Pride he possesses can also corrupt and take him over if it feels its host's life is in danger, causing a forced release of the Sin.)

Techniques:
- Peftasteri: Artemis' fists catch with a black flame that is manifested from a poison within his body and produces no physical heat, but instead flows through the veins of whomever it touches with venomous characteristics. Rather than acting as an actual poison for the body, it acts as one for the mind, causing hallucinations in the oppositions mind. Depending on the number of times hit with this attack, the effects could be lasting and potentially lead to schizophrenia. This attack can be used once(assuming Artemis actually hit someone) every seven posts and the poison only lasts for about two posts. (More than five hits with this attack will leave the opponent with mental issues, between three and four hits will leave the opponent with a temporary form of schizophrenia that will wear off after ten posts, between one and two hits will leave the opponent with hallucinations for two posts.
- Toxo Tis Fotias: Artemis literally blows fire into the sky that creates a flaming arc that rains down exploding embers. Once the embers explode, the air around the explosion is filled with choking smoke. Embers rain down at about three per one post and have an explosion radius of about five feet and the flame arch spans anywhere between thirty and forty feet from its point of origin. This technique only lasts as long as Artemis can continue to blow his flames into the sky and can be used once every nine posts.
- To Telos: As he continues to fight in this form a little bit more of Artemis is lost during the time spent releasing his Sin. To account for this time a piece of Artemis' helm breaks off at intervals of how far gone he is(By the second post pieces would begin to break off, starting with a rather large chip, then progressing to a small chunk by the fourth post, and then to a large piece by the sixth. By the tenth post in this form, his helm will have completely broken off.); the more time he spends in this release, the bigger the pieces that break. Once his entire helm is broken off, it is a symbol that Artemis is lost with his Sin and Pride is left to roam free and cause chaos. In this form, he achieves a boost of strength that is otherwise inaccessible. The only way to bring Artemis back from this point is to either a) kill him, or b) bring about some event that will cause enough trauma/stress to Artemis' mental psyche that he will overcome Pride.

Intelligence: His intelligence is very high in a sense that he can easily put two and two together, but also when assessing his foes and their strengths and weaknesses, as he is a professional observer.(Not to be confused with an Observer) This skill dulls down to slightly above average in his Sin release.
Athletic Skill: His athletic skill starts out at an advanced level, meaning that most any kind of strenuous task or meager battle is not out of his hands, though his skill progresses quickly with his higher levels of release.
Strength: His strength begins at slightly high, enough to win in an arm wrestling match against a captain shinigami with their shikai released, but it grows to exponential levels with his higher releases.
Speed: Speed remains at that of a normal arrancars sonido through all releases.
Agility: Agility grows from a level of that of a normal arrancar to very high up to his Segunda Etapa release, then plummets in his Sin release.
Stamina: Stamina remains at a constant low during his hollow releases, though picks up to an extreme during his Sin release, allowing him to preform series attacks.
Durability: Durability is low through all hollow releases and then sky rockets in his Sin release, causing him to not feel weakened by opposing attacks for the most part.
Endurance: His endurance is at a constantly high level during his hollow releases, though falls to low during his Sin release and leading him to take long breaks between multiple series of attacks.
Flexibility: Begins moderate and very slightly increases with releases up to his Segunda Etapa, though plummets during his Sin release.

Any Special Skills:
- Artemis can summon lower level hollow creatures through any garganta that he creates. These hollows can range anywhere from a primary hollow to an adjucha and will do his bidding. Only two of any combination of the following can be summoned at one time: Hollow, Gillian, or Adjucha.
- Artemis has the ability to see the memories of other hollow beings as he devours them. These memories include the time during their human, soul, and hollow existence.

Have Faith In Us Eren (hate this name >>) is not feeling well, so i said i would help him by doing this for him. Now then, let me get to what matters.

As a note, i all of you abilities need to be changed over to time in the form of posts, because i can't really work five minutes in time in posts because in each fight the time per post varies, so the best way to judge is by a per post base, so if you could do that, that would help a lot.

"Able to read the movements of others"
this is over powered, This needs to be lower, after talking it over with some others, it would be best to leave this as a moderate ability to read someones movements. that seems fair, just because if you can always read their movements, you'll basically have no problem never letting them hit because you'll see everything coming.

Mosquito - this skill is to powerful, by freezing someone's mind i'm assuming you mean you make them incapable of taking actions, in the time span of thirty seconds, you could remove someone head if that was the case, and they would have no power to stop you. We talked about it, and said a complete stop like this is unusable. How ever, if it was to slow down the mind, make them see everything faster in turn making they reactions slower, or something like that, that would be.

Purga - With this, i don't really have problems with what it does, just need you to rework how you stated it, .2 doesn't help us understand when we're not using numbers to judge power, if it's 20% that's to high, and .2 % is like nothing, 2% seems fine, so i would recommend rewording it to say 2.5%. Also i would remove the part about it being weaker when someone isn't moving, I would just have it stay at 2.5% flat all time so they lose %5 over a minute.
How i see this working as a skill is it just makes weaker opponents much easier to kill,and stronger ones will gain advantage over you, because your power would drain far faster against someone with much larger power then you, this being a gamble for you to use. (if this isn't how you saw it working, please let me know so we can talk about it more.)

"Complete control of fire"
Can't allow this, this is far to strong, even more so against someone that creates fire to fight you, you would be able to completely turn their own skills on them, so this is a no. For this level of this i would say a moderate or slightly above moderate power to control fire would be ok, if i'm understanding what you mean by control fire.
For all of these skills i need to know better what you mean by control, a description for this would be helpful.

"Possess skin thicker and tougher than an arrancars hierro"
What i get out of this is a almost perfect, or perfect defense, i think others will take it the same way, this is to powerful just to have for free, if you added that it drains his power, and that it's just not able to be on all the time, on top of it not being a instant activate either, and it sounds alright, it doesn't have to use a ton of power lost, just can't let it be a for free thing either.

Peftasteri - Few things, how long (in posts) does this flame last on his hands? also it would be nice if you could list out what each number of hits with it does, so that we all better know what it can do.

Toxo Tis Fotias - A idea of how big the explosions are and how far he can shoot these flames would be really helpful in judging it.

To Telos - i think you could just add this in as a description of something that happens, because as far as i can tell, this implies that it just changes his personality and doesn't give any sorta buff to power, as such there is no reason for this to be a Technique, you can just add it in as a note or something, unless you want him to get strong as this happens, in which case, make sure to add that in and also give us a better idea in post how long this will take till he fully changes.
If you do decide that it'll not be a skill then go right ahead and add another.

─Skills Information─ (over all general note)
I would suggest trying to balance him just a little more, as you mention things go up and down in as he changes, i recommend that you have his intelligence go down in his final form, not saying to dumb, but, lower then very high, i would say above average, just because it'll help balance out his over all skills at his final stage (I pick Intelligence as an example, it's fine to change any of the others as well. i'm just confiding that moderate is the average captain level for you, if that sounds alright),

Strength - i wouldn't say moderate when you meant beating a captain that should be at the same strength as you, note that you should be of similar power as a captain, so if they have to release to beat you at your normal level, that's not really moderate. i would consider that high, or maybe even very high. if you said just beating a captain not in their release i would say this is fine.

"Speed: Speed remains at that of a normal arrancars sonido through all releases, though leaves after images behind Artemis."
This is contradicting itself, to leave a image behind you have to be moving at speed so much faster then a normal sonido, i can allow the normal speed, but the images cant stay unless you buff the speed a lot, and if you do that, other things will have to in turn drop.

Under special skills make sure to list Descorrer, that is the skill that will let him open the garganta. also, i would list a rank for the lower level you mean, and a maximum number, so there can be now disputes over this power later.

I like the details you put into his background, just need more in the skills and you'll be all set, quote me again once you change it up, and i'll look it over again.

So many mistakes... But alas, I have edited them!

Sorry for the trouble, didn't meant to make him seem almighty. o//o

I cut the bit about him reading movements and just went ahead with two abilities rather than just coming up with some random third thing though.
With Mosquito, I tweaked it so that rather than completely stopping any kind of reaction, it just slows down the thought process a bit. Rather than chopping off a head, this would be more of a moderate knick or a small wound.
Concerning Purga, this technique is more of a way to wear down Artemis' opponents over time, as in his Segunda Etapa release his spiritual power focus is more on protection and brute strength.
I dimmed down his control of fire from complete to high.
His skin is only slightly thicker than hierro now.
For Peftasteri the flames wouldn't have a limit for how long they can burn on his fists, but they would stop burning after a hit is placed for the described amount of time(seven posts between each use).
Toxo Tis Fotias and To Telos have been tweaked.
Skills info has been edited in specified areas.
And special skills have been expanded on.
I placed Descorrer under Spiritual Abilities {Inactive}: Abilities, seeing as it really isn't a "special" skill per say.

If anything is still incorrect, please let me know and I will work with it some more. :3

Dont worry you did fine, and i know you weren't trying, i'm just pointing it out to you how others might take it ^^
alrighty, just one or two things for you now, so this should be simple

Mosquito - this seems fine ^^ just wondering if you could add in what happens after he tires, for example, like the others you could mention how long till he can do it again, or just tell me what happens when he tires so we know.

Purga - OK, let me explain why the way i see it works, and i'll use number to make things easier.
say your character spirit power is 100000
for the first situation, we'll look at a weaker person, say someone with 10000 spirit power. when this mark ticks, they'll lose, 250 power, putting them at 9750, and you will also lose 250, putting you to 90750, thus you power is barely going down, while they lose large sums of power.
second situation, someone of even level. so when they lose power, so do you of the same amount, thus you are both getting weaker at the same rate.
Finally, take the situation where you are facing someone with 1000000 spirit power. When they lose power on the tick, they'll lose 25000, thus bringing them down to 975000, when you lose power though, you will be brought to 75000, 3.4 of you full power, meaning you will get distractedly weaker far faster.
So that's how i see this working, does that sound ok? i'm just working with what i see in the wording, i might need you to rephrase it for me if this doesn't seem like what you want. because this will wear down them, but at he possible cost of wearing you down faster, though it's not likely there will be to many people stronger, most will likely be on par, keep that in mind.

if we can treat his skin as a very similar thing to a hierro, then i see no problem with it, matter of fact if we treat it the same as a hierro then this is fine.

Toxo Tis Fotias - still need a range of how far he can send them, other wise looks fine at the moment.

That should fix everything here, just fix those these and let me know if the Purga sounds right, and that should be good as long as everything checks out with you too.

But I did not touch Purga yet, because I wanted to discuss this ability more.

I will say this first and foremost, numbers confuse me more than anything, especially when mixed in with words, thus I usually spell out number when I use them, rather than just type 1 I type out one.
I do this because I have slight dyslexia and tend to read things all jumbled together or even skip over things completely without realizing it, this gets worse when numbers are thrown into the mix.

That being said, I read over what you wrote about Purga several times and from what I understand, I think you may be over thinking it, but my wording in the ability is probably to blame as well.

The way that I see this technique working is that when a person is marked with the seal, they would loose a small portion(barely any) of reiatsu every thirty seconds, or half post, while Artemis would loose that same amount, but only over the course of one minute, thus he's only loosing half of what his opponent is. However, one would have to take into account that most arrancar/shinigami/ect. Use large amounts of reiatsu during battles, especially when they achieve a higher release and tend to calm down only when they feel that their reiatsu is too low, but given a long battle, this time could potentially be cut down due to if Artemis' seal was placed on them.
Other than this technique, Artemis really has nothing to waste his reiatsu on unless he wants to buff up his strength for a moment or do that walking on reiatsu in the air thing, so cutting down on his reiatsu isn't really too big of an ordeal. That's not to say that it won't tire him out though.

Anyway, this is just how I envisioned the technique. I put down the 2.5% on the ability, because I didn't quite understand what you meant the first time, but hopefully this will help some with understanding what it was I was trying to achieve with this technique.

ohhhh, that's how you saw it, i understand now, yes, i was over thinking it a lot, just because i enjoy the premise of a skill that allowed you to widen a power gap, (basically make you stronger against the weak, but make the stronger against you, helping better solo out those of the same level as well.) anyways, it's alright, don't worry about that to much i'll keep that in mind.

now then, everything you changes is fine, but now i have to readdress Purga. SO for the skill as you want it, me, telling you to do 2.5% was wrong of me, and i over powered it for you not understand what you wanted. Now that i do, we have a slight problem, that, even a small amounts, make it so even those rare people that are stronger then you will have problem with you quicker in the fight. bring the only ones that could fight you and put you in a position of stress in a fight, even in small amounts, fights will take a long chem against you because you are a very strong person, i understand that you don't have many other outlets, but you do have other choices, you do have Cero yes?
I coudl see this being very fair if you lose the same amount as them, and we can reduce the amount lost if you want to, but truthfully, i would see this as more fair, if you lost a similar amount, basically, bringing those stronger down to your level over time, and bringing you closer to the weak (saying that you actually use this on someone that is weak, which you wouldn't have to). if you both lose the same amount, i see nothing wrong with it, on the other hand if you lose half what they do, a strong opponent, withing even a few turns for you may suddenly find it had to combat you. if this seems reasonable to you, then i have no problems with this and i'll approve you as soon as you reply ^^ if you still wish to try and work this in as you see it, i'm willing to talk about it more to, just let me know what you want me to do and we'll go from there ^^
