The people drugged him so much that he couldn't even think. He didn't even know when they drugged him. Oh how the dragon demon wanted to kill those people. Can't he have peace. He just hoped someday someone will have peace and he will be at peace. He also wanted a nice place to rest. If he had any of that he would be fine and happy
He could barely move a muscle while the guards were bringing him somewhere. He was being dropped off since it was a special person/monster. He could barely focus on the surroundings but he could tell he was almost there. It was about 5 minutes before he was put down in front of the door. He noticed the guards give him glares before walking away. Everyone hated him so he was used to it. Now he had to wait tell the door opened because he himself couldn't even move.

 xxxxxxxxxxxxx Barrett Villarreal Barry sat quietly in his living room, relaxing while he enjoys the sounds of nature outside. Today was a big day for him, as his parents had informed him that they had found him a companion to fight his loneliness. As he was beginning to wonder what was taking the deliverymen so long, he heard a series of loud knocks on the door. Grabbing his walking stick, he slithered off of his couch, smelling to see who or what was at the door. "Two men... One young and one in his forties... And... A dragon?" he said softly.
Slithering to his door, Barry opened it, losing the scent of the two men as they drove away. Looking down, he could clearly detect the dragon, his scent quite strong. The blind lamia could feel that the creature below him was bound, feeling the subtle vibrations of the struggling dragon. Reaching down, Barry found the bindings, quickly undoing them and freeing the poor soul. "I'm so sorry... I had no idea that they would treat you so roughly," he apologized softly. Moving aside, he said kindly, "Come in! Come in! It's freezing out here." xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The dragon pulled himself up even though the drugs made him want to fall down. He looked at the new maser as he said sorry. Yes the dragon was treated badly but he was used to it and he didn't expect o be treated nicely since all his life he was treated badly. "is not that cold out but what can I say I am a dragon." he said. He wasn't saying anything if the other just thought he was just a dragon then that would be fine. He didn't mind being just one species at this moment.
Drakon walked into the house behind the master after he set him free. He was kinda worried hoping the new master wasn't faking being ice. He wanted a break from all the torture. Drakon noticed the other male was blind but didn't mind. "so you are my new master." he said trying to be polite and just hoping he wouldn't get beaten since he just got here.

xxxxxxxxxxxxx Barrett Villarreal Barry returned to the couch, sitting his walking stick next to him. Pointing to the chair close to the couch, he said softly, "Have a seat. i'm sure you must be tired from the trip." Barry sat still until the dragon sat down, wondering what his new companion looked like. He always felt weird about asking people to let him touch their face, but most were okay with him doing so.
Leaning back into the cushioned couch, the blind lamia said, "Please... Just call my Barry... I am not your master, nor are you my property. While you live in this home, you are my equal." He honestly hated to hear himself talk, but it was certainly something he was good at. "So... Now that you know my name... Would you mind telling me yours?" he asked kindly. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Drakon sat down next to the other person when he asked. He was kinda nice to the dragon. The dragon never had anyone be this nice to him so he was worrying that this might be fake. After he sat down his body seemed to relax too easily from the drugs still in his system. Drakon smiled a bit and looked around the living room. It was a plain room nothing really colorful. H saw the outside of the house and just thought it was beautiful or amazing even with one glimps.
The dragon snapped his head up when the other person said he was an equal. He just hoped that this person wasn't lying and that he could actually finally relax without anyone beating him. Then he remembered his collar. He couldn't really be an equal if that collar was still on him. It was restricting his power.
Berry, the name of his master, asked for the dragons name. He didn't know if he should tell him. No one ever asked for his name he was just usually abomination, slave, stupid demon, etc... Drakon was kinda surprised about the other asking his name. "if you really want to know my name is drakon" he said to Berry. He finally got to say his own name after years of being called something awful.

xxxxxxxxxxxxx Barrett Villarreal Although he couldn't see his new companion, Barry could tell that the dragon wasn't completely comfortable. He could feel that there was also something else wrong with him, but couldn't quite tell it. He did smile softly when he learned the name of his new friend. "Hmm... Drakon... There's a lot of strength behind your name... I like that," the lamia said happily.
Barry then thought of his favorite pastime, aside from reading and relaxing. "Drakon... Do you like to hunt? If you do, I can take you with me on my next outing," he offered softly, hoping to find something in common with the dragon. He could still feel that there was something wrong with his new companion, but couldn't quite place his finger on it. "My friend... If you don't mind me asking... But is something the matter? I am more than willing to help you if something is wrong," he said kindly. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The dragon looked at berry and shrugged. He knew the other couldn't see him but he could tell hat his person could almost feel what he does. "if you want berry you can touch me to see what I look like." he said. He didn't really want to say what was he problem with him. He didn't really think this master would truly help him. He never received kindness before so he didn't know what he said was real or not.
He was surprised to be asked to go hunting with him later. The dragon demon loved hunting so much. It made him feel like he was free but he hasn't hunted in years. The last he hunted was the day his parents died. The demon sighed a bit. He would love to hunt but he wasn't ever going to be at his full strength because of the collar.

xxxxxxxxxxxxx Barrett Villarreal Barry was a little surprised that Drakon would let him touch him in order to "see" what he looked like. It was a bit of a relief, since the most awkward thing he ever had to ask someone was to touch their face. "Oh! Okay... I was meaning to ask, but I didn't know how to ask," he replied softly. Climbing off of the couch, he slithered over to the dragon, reaching out and feeling for his face.
Barry blushed lightly when he felt Drakon's face, "seeing" how handsome the dragon was. "Oh... Oh my... You're quite the handsome dragon, aren't you?" he asked, letting his hands move down to the dragon's neck. He felt something strange around his new companion's neck, making him realize that it was a tight collar. "Hmm... Drakon... I had no idea that you were wearing this. Would you like me to take it off?" he asked politely. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Drakon felt the hands of the lamia on his face. He didn't mind it he liked that someone called him handsome. He never heard that from someone. He was usually called so many things and never handsome. Drakon sighed lightly and smiled a bit. He couldn't believe that someone finally would give him a break and not torture him or hurt him in any way.
When he heard what berry said he was going to answer but nothing came out of his throat. If was like something was preventing him from saying yes. He couldn't even nodd. There was also that why would he want a collar that was pushed onto him since he was little.

xxxxxxxxxxxxx Barrett Villarreal The dragon's silence was a little unsettling to Barry, making him feel a little uneasy. Feeling Drakon's forehead, he asked, "Drakon... Are you feeling all right? Those men didn't do anything to you, did they?" He began to feel a little worried, unsure of what was plaguing his new friend.
Getting an idea, Barry said, "Hold on one second, I'll get you something to drink." He quickly slithered out of the living room, staying close to the wall until he reached the kitchen. Gently tapping on the cabinets, counting silently to himself, he found the glass cabinet, retrieving one of the glasses and filling it with ice water. The lamia then returned to the dragon, giving him the water and sitting back down on the couch. "Sorry for the sense of urgency... Everything berry did was surreal to the dragon. No one has ever said his name and it made the dragon insanely happy something he hasn't felt in such a long time. He looked up at the blind lamia when he asked if he was okay. "i am fine the drugs they put in me make me sluggish that's about it. But I just can't....." he stopped instantly because something made him stop. He couldn't say anything about he collar. He never had to before so he didn't know but now he knew he couldn't say anything about the collar specifically.
When the lamia left to go get something for him to drink he was happy someone was caring for him even in such a small way. It made him want to tell the lamia everything that happened to him and it made him want to eat closer to this male that was being so kind to him. When berry came back with the water he smiled a bit and took a sip. "i am fine " he said.

xxxxxxxxxxxxx Barrett Villarreal Barry found it odd that Drakon didn't finish his sentence. It didn't seem like he did it on purpose, but rather, it felt like it was forced by something else. The lamia also wasn't convinced that the dragon was fine, sensing something distressing in his voice. "Drakon, it's fine. You can talk to me if you need to..." he said softly, wanting to test what could be stopping his companion.
It bothered Barry a little that he was testing the dragon, but he didn't have much choice. "If you would like to, could you tell me a little about yourself?" he then asked softly, wanting to break the ice between the two males. "I could tell you a little bit about myself if you would like, but I'm not really an interesting person," the lamia added, hoping that his offer would entice Drakon to speak. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
