So my team for Pokemon X currently consists of:
Fennec the Delphox [ Fire/Psychic ]
Char the Charizard [ Fire/flying or Fire/dragon when mega evolved ]
Blaziken [ Fire/fighting and stays the same when mega evolved ]
Xemnas the Xerneas [ Fairy type-age go!! ]
Astro the Lucario [ Fighting/ steel and stays the same through mega evolution ]
Laseria the Lapras [ Water/ice ]
So you see my problem?
I already have a fighting type in my team, but I really don't want to get rid of Blaziken because it's absolutely my favorite pokemon ever..
But I also don't want to get rid of the only flying/dragon type on my team because those come in handy..
But I need to pull a spot so I can train and evolve my honedge.

I agree. Take out Delphox. You already have two fire types.

Utsukushi Torgrita I can't take her out, not only is she the strongest pokemon I have, but also the one I'm attached to and the only psychic type I've got. o x o In that case, go with strategy and keep Charizard. You said flying/dragon types come in handy, so keep him.

After all while Mega Evolved, he's a Dragon Type and unless rules got changed severely, Dragon Types are still super powerful.

Hence why I said unless rules got severely changed. I never played Pokemon since Ruby and Sapphire.
