I am bored and there isn't much RP going on with school and such, so I figured I would challenge you since you are the only person with a problem with Sasuke...that I know of haha.
Setting wise I think a canyon would be fun. Imagine the Grad Canyon and that we are at the bottom. Since I am challenging you , you can post first and decide the rules and if there are restrictions.
Do you accept?

Um, is this going to affect the actual rp? Like if he defeats her, does he get her title or something? Is that what you want? Or do you just want a simple fight between the two?

Your title? I have no idea what title that would be as they are the same rank. Am I missing something? As for the fight, nah just mock battle. It could even be to death, but won't effect the RP.

Restrictions would be the obvious, like no god modding and only able to fight up to what is provided in our profile. Hmmm, I'd like for someone to watch over the fight and when it comes to an end, they get to decide who preformed better. I'll ask my friend to over see it. Whoever basically rp's better wins. Fair?

Fair. Also lets not play the game of personally attacking each other. Like if I write something and have him put a lot into it don't say it is like a kid throwing stuffed animals. Know what I mean? I also want to fight because kido is new to me as having it a character's primary so I kinda would rather learn what is too far ya know?

Tanka has been hearing some rumors about Sasuke basically whining about how Tanka disrespected him. She couldn't figure out why, she was just speaking her mind, not her fault that he took it so personal. Ether way, Tanka wanted to know what the deal was so she decided to meet up with Sauke.
The two met up at what looked like a canyon in the World of the Living. She guessed it was for privacy and well, it seemed like he wanted to duke it out. Tanka didn't really mind, she was rather skilled when it came to battle because of being in a tribe. Ether way, they were far away from human interaction, meaning they could release there full strength.
Strolling through the rocks, Tanka felt at home, little did Sasuke know that Tanka's specialty was rocks, more like earth. It was really easy to see through such a place. She felt totally comfortable, which was amazing. Having her hands placed behind her back, Tanka waltzed her way over to the overly huge opening and sighed lightly "You sure as hell hold grudges for no apparent reason."

Sasuke walked through the canyon, randomly shooting small blasts of kidos at the canyon walls. He arrived at the place and was first there. He looked at the time and saw he was on time and waited for her. After about 30 mins he wondered how she was even a director since she wasn't very responsible. He could not imagine what it would be like if she tried to do his job which was be a vice captain. Not quite the same as a Lt, but he never really cared to make that clear.
After about 40 mins she stumbled in and Sasuke was just sitting on a boulder. He saw her smug look and then her words about some grudge which he had no knowledge on. Apparently there was some rumor he was talking to people about her and if she believed it, she was more arrogant then he expected. He was a kido Corp's Vice Captain meaning he stayed hidden away unless needed most of the time so he wouldn't have much time to talk to people outside his corps or even talk to people in general. He stood up and began slowly walking towards her ignoring her accusation. "You are a fool and fools listen to the foolish. Hadō #11. Tsuzuri Raiden Kondensu."As Sasuke slowly walking towards her, the walls and ground began to shake as the wind around him began to twist and turn like an invisible tornado. Sasuke's eyes began to glow as his hair began to move in the wind and to glow red as well.His spiritual pressure became visable and lurched out like lightning bolts that struck the ground, walls and even a few went for her, that appearance came from the 63rd Bakudo. The lightning finally settled as his body was covered in a thick aura of reitsu and sparks traveling along his body and if you looked close enough, in his eyes. "Have you heard of Shunko? This is it's father, Ōrarirīsu. This is like a bankai for the body, so my captain says, you may be the judge." He was now only a yard away from her as he lifted a fist directed at her face. He then opened his fist as reitsu quickly condensed and fired a blast of condense reitsu at her. It was the size of a basketball in width, but it was very potent and destructive because it was condensed. If missed it would hit the canyon wall behind her and shatter it sending large depree everywhere and making that section of the canyon collapse. The Ōrarirīsu was made to clash with powers like the Arrancars’ Segunda Resurrección or the Time Rogues’ theorised ‘Pure State’.

You just said you dont want to do personal attack yet you insult her by saying how could she be a director, saying shes not very responsible, saying that she'd do a horrid job at being a Vice Captain, saying she's unpunctual, and calling her arrogant. To add, you just straight up go to like your highest rank of release, meaning that the fight would just end quickly, and with my knowledge, I thought Lieutenants could only get bankai, if that, So I dont know how he'd have such a high power 'bankai for the body'

He is in offensive Ōrarirīsu which is based off of hado 11 not Bakudo 63. Sasuke discovered the release known as Ōrarirīsu so of course he would have it and can use both offensive and defensive. The captain of the kido corps can use all three. Normally a person can only use one release. I made his release look descriptive and very chaotic because of Hadō #11. Tsuzuri Raiden. Now he didn't use that kido at all. Ōrarirīsu is a release and when you choose your release you choose a kido that it takes the appearance of the kido, but not it's power. For example, the power of Ōrarirīsu does not change if you use a hado 3 or a hado 99 as your base, just changes the appearance. So his offensive is based of Hado 11 so it takes a lightning appearance. His defensive Ōrarirīsu takes after Bakudo 63 so it takes the appearance of chains. Now, when Kiiyashi and I were talking about we were making something that could make a kido user a force to be reakoned with, to where if they never wanted to use their zanpaktuo they could still fight hard. Now when I say Sasuke is in his body bankai that is at his level, not at a captain's level. Yes I went big right off the back, but that doesn't mean it will be a short fight. Sasuke as great spiritural pressure and can hold this for a while. I hate when fights start with playing around then go big. Usually takes two weeks for the real fight to begin. As for my choice of words, you apparently did not want to do it. You called Sasuke a gossiper, a whiner, someone who holds grudges, that he was ignorant for choosing the location, and that he was petty. I basically followed your lead because Sasuke is hot tempered and a prideful guy. He is like a 21 year old. Wise, but arrogant, grown, but still childish.
