Have any out of the ordinary Homestuck Headcanons?
Things that are not mentioned in canon, but in your head are?

Karkat is really in a bloodcaste between Maroon and Tyrian. The super saturated red is very, very rare to the point of it being considered a mutation.
With that, it's also my headcanon that Karkat has both land-dweller and sea-dweller features. He doesn't have headfins, but he has gill slits on his ribs, and a air/water breathing system like seadwellers.
Kankri had gill slits on his neck, thats why he wore a turtleneck. His babbling was a result of his insecurities.
Nepeta has an actual Hive, she just stays in the cave most of the time.
There are actually a lot more seadwellers than anyone let on. There are enough seadwellers to replace more than half of the landdwellers. Most of them are off planet though, on nearby water worlds to support their population.

I have another.
The Alpha Session comes to fruitation, and they win the game. The Alpha kids decided to create their universe to mirror the Beta kid's universe, making the Beta kids forget all about SBurb and taking on the role as their guardians. This is why Rose's mom had Arab's Crosshairs, why Bro had the Rocketboard and knew how to start the Scratch, why Grandpa Harley is such a ******** badass*, and why Nannasprite... well, she just baked cakes and had eyebeams. But she taught her son everything she knew, and that's why Dadbert broke out of Dersian jail with just his fists**, shaving cream, and cake.
I also believe that the 4th window that Jake and Jade had are one and the same, just two instances of it together (Which wouldn't have happened if not for the scratch) as a result of time-shenanigans. Both instances of Jade and Jake have the window, but the window (despite being on Derse in the Beta session) seems more common in the Alpha session. Fitting in with the above headcanon, Jake could have taken it to the Beta session with him and left it for Jade.
However, it just caused an endless loop of everyone ******** themselves in the a**, and it won't stop til they prevent Lord English from becoming the Lord of Time.
*Grandpa Harley preformed Time-Shenanigans, saved Roxy and Dadbert, drove a battleship through the Medium, and it's my headcanon that he met up with the Trolls at some point and learned how to make Jade's Dreambot from Equius and Aradia.
** I'm pretty sure Dadbert punched a Dersian about the size of Hearts Boxcars through two walls.

More, because reasons.
I believe that more than one troll shares the same caste symbol. For an empire that has supposedly billions and billions of people, it wouldn't make sense for only one troll to have a symbol. I mean, Only the Heiress/A Peixies can have the one symbol, but the other symbols (Except for Cancer/The Signless) are shared. They might not always be the same blood color (like there could be a blue-blood Gemini, or a rust blood Leo), but there are multiples.

I have serveral hundred but I will share my favorites.
WARNING sadstuck.
1. Fish Trolls, mainly ones of Voilet kind have slit eyes. Like a cat seeing light. They also have a double eyelid to protect their eyes from the harsh salt water like crocodiles. They have scales everywhere all over their skin. Feeling like shark when touched. Some are rougher than others. Being in case Cronus has softer scaly skin than Dualscar.
2. Dualscar wheres a colbolt earing on his right fin to show that Mindfang is his and his alone to potential threats she brings along home. She bought it for him and he bought her a violet ring to show their protectiveness for eachother.
3. Kankri has Asthma. Being a mutant blood his health is not up to par with the other trolls. He can not run for a long period of time and has a hard time keeping up with the others. When he was alive he was very shy but attended school like the rest. He met Cronus who bullied him but befriended him as means to trick him. During Prom a scene like the movie Carrie played out to Kankri and he ran home silent and covered in red. he wears a sweater to hide the moment of that night. He is thankful it has a turtleneck to hide the rope marks that came with him even in death.
4. GHB is more animal like than civil troll. He would rather snarl and growl is point across rather than talk. If you can even tell the difference between his voice and growling. He can change his size depending on how he wants people to see him. His average height is 11ft tall without his horns but with his size changing he can be as tall and terriying as a 4 story house. He runs on all fours to avoid strain on his legs since his upper body is very top heavy like his arms and chest.
5. Meulin never liked Kurloz. Their relationship was more of a forced act than an act of kindness for eachother. She loves Kankri but stays silent about it.
6. The only person meulin can hear clearly is Kankri.
Those are my favorite and most previlant in my rp's
