Another good start, but he's still rather flat.
I'd like to see more in his biography and personality. Try to aim for at least three to five sentences for the personality and at least two paragraphs for the biography.
Also, I don't see how he has 20 entries. If he isn't collecting tesserae (I see no family mentioned), he only has six entries in the reaping.
