The rules of this guild MUST be followed at ALL times, by EVERY MEMBER of this guild. This includes the Crew, Vice Captains and the Captain. This is to ensure everyone has a good time in the guild.
General Rules of this guild
0. Follow ALL of the Gaia T.o.S, kids!
1. Keep it PG-13. If it gets steamy, take it elsewhere; to PMs, or threads outside the guild.
2. No God-Modding, Powerplaying, and Metagaming.
Godmodding is Godmoding specific to character creation, skills, and certain situations.
Powerplaying is godmoding by controlling another roleplayer’s character without permission.
Metagaming is godmoding specific to the use of OOC knowledge in roleplayed actions, behaviours, thoughts.
3. You are allowed up to four characters, unless given explicit permission by a captain.
4. Cursing is allowed, but please keep it to a minimum.

Respect
1. Be respectful to every member.
2. Bullying and insults will not be tolerated, and serious enough cases can warrant a guild ban. If you are having disagreements with someone, be tactful and respectful, and take it to PMs. Talk to a crew member if you cannot resolve the issue
3. Respect every member, including a crew or Vice Captain’s decision. They are in charge when the captain is not online. Please respect their authority.
4. No members are to team up, including crew to punish or to attempt mutiny against any other member of this guild. (e.g multiple members singling out a Vice Captain, or vice versa…) this will get you banned indefinitely.
5. If any member PM’s you, especially a member of the crew. Please reply to them as soon as you can. It is to do with the guild. If it is a VC you need to get back to them, or at least acknowledge them.
Rules of the camp itself
1. Always keep your appendages to yourself. This includes wings, tails, and other unmentionables.
2. Be tactful with your speech. Please realise that other races may take
offence at certain words and phrases that you may be comfortable using.
3. Do not provoke the camp pets or any other wild beasts that you may encounter. The camp takes no responsibilities for injuries or death sustained.
4. In perilous locations such as the rock wall or other physical sporting spots,
make sure you have either a friend to watch out for you or fully functional wings.
5. The forest is a dangerous spot and open to rogue attack. Pay attention to where you're going, your surroundings, and make sure that your friends aren't disappearing randomly.
6. Better safe than sorry - ask a counselor if you're unsure.
Warning system
If any of these rules are broken, we have a three strikes policy. If any member violates a rule, they are given a one strike warning. Accumulate three, and you're banned. We hate to go to such lengths, so use your common sense.
*Note: certain, more serious cases can warrant an instaban. These cases are rare.
The system as follows:
1st = This is your first warning given to you by any given crew member.
2nd = This is your second strike, things are starting to get serious.
3rd = This is your last chance to learn from your mistakes an accept the rules made for this guild. If you fail to adhere to your two warnings, your RPC will be temporarily frozen and you will not be allowed to role play as them for three consecutive days.
4th = That's it. You're out. Banned.
Unless the circumstances were extremely dire, you will be allowed to re-apply to this guild. However the conditions of this will be considered and treated on an individual basis, and solely discussed by Captain, Vice-Captain and Crew.
Using the appeal thread you may also appeal the decision of warnings if you think it was unfair.
