You may use any format you'd like, as long as it's easily trackable. Just make sure it has the following two items:

    • Pet's name as it appears on the cert
    • Link to pet's cert/uncert

And the items below are only required if you are interested in RP perks, such as breeding benefits or elder stage eligibility.

    • Pet's stats
    • Links to every level grant post given to your pet by a staff in the level up thread. If your pet is level 1, you should have 1 such link. If your pet is level 8, you should have 8 such links for that pet (unless you had some double level-ups).
    • All RPs that you wish to use for level-ups, breeding, etc.
