Wildpaw can be described best in one word, quirky. She has a strong sense of doing what's right even if it means going against the warrior code or making others angry. She is highly curious and questions nearly everything, a reason she's not that well liked by most cats in her clan. She's a bit of a loner, her closest friend is her brother, Stormpaw. She can often be seen staring off into space. She is a bit of a perfectionist, practicing her battle moves and hunting when she's suppose to be resting. She's very opinionated and blunt when she speaks.

Unknown to the other cats Wildpaw's mother is a rouge but her father is clan born. The two of them had met when her father was out hunting. He came across the injuried rouge, instead of driving her out he hid her and cared for her. The two of them fell in love and when she learned she was carrying his kits she grew scared. After much talking she agreed to join the clan only after her kits were born. When the day came for her to give birth she was alone. Wildpaw's father, Stormchaser, had been in a battle with Cliffclan. When he came to check on his mate he found her destroyed body up in a tree with two surviving kits. Their kits. He took them and hid them safely outside the camp before going to speak with his sister, who was due any moment. She agreed to take the kits and claim them as her own. But that being said he would never be able to claim them. He agreed to this. They planned it just right. As she gave birth that night, with the help of the medicine cat, he snuck them in and made it seemed like they were indeed hers.
Though Stormchaser has never given away the secret the three of them held he can seen helping out the kits when they needed it. Even now he spoils the younger cats.
