Compared to Amaterasu City, Fuzen's population is about 2/3 of Amaterasu's.
Surrounding the perimeter of the city is a concrete wall, measuring 50 yards in height. There is only one enter and exit gate. The gate is guarded 24/7. Only the guards that are on duty can let people in and out. Hardly anyone ever goes out, unless ordered to by the superiors.
The city is located on the other side of the continent, on a large remote island off the mainland. Fuzen is on the West coast, no other cities surround it. The closest city to Fuzen is some 2000 km away. Beyond the concrete walls are jungle and vegetation and wildlife.
In the middle of the city is the Academy and Council HQ, to the left of those two buildings is a training ground for all to use, to the right is the laboratory, and in an area in front, is the battle dome.
When one is born into Fuzen City, the child is required to attend Fuzen Academy, since that is the only education offered. At the Academy they are taught how to fight, survive, and kill. This all begins at the young age of six.
Also, because everyone is required to attend the Academy and the small population, every citizen of the city knows each other. They may not know each other's personal lives, but everyone knows everyone at least by name and what they do and are capable of.
Every year in the month of October, Fuzen sends some alumnus out to recruit potential Fuzen students. They recruit about 40 each year, and less than half of them make it out alive and graduate from the Academy.
People scarcely leave the city unless it is for a mission. People have tried escaping the treacherous city in the past but only to be killed in their futile attempt.
Treason by any means calls for death. And death at Fuzen isn't always quick and painless.
Fuzen City is run by a total of six people. The Kaiser and the Kaiser's second-in-command, whom have complete and total control and power. They are at the very top. The other four people are their cabinet members. They also have complete and total control (Except over the Kaisers, of course).
They are referred to as the Superiors or the Council.
The Academy:
The Academy is very large. It is a little bigger than Amaterasu's campus. It has multiple buildings that are made of steel. The first few buildings are where the classes, training chambers, and other rooms are. There are some buildings there that contains all weapons, and armors. The buildings in the back are the dormitories.
The front of the Academy's campus is a large courtyard or as some may call it, the quads. It has benches for people to sit and trees scattered about.
The Labs:
The Labs are large as well. (Although not as large as the Academy's campus.)
This is where the scientists go in to to do their research and experiments. It consists of two separate buildings that are connected together by a tube-like walkway.
The first few floors in the first building is where all the technology, DNA, and such are held, as well as a rest area/break room. The upper floors are the testing, and research sites.
The first few floors of the second building are where various equipment, and other science things are located. The upper floors are flats, where some of the scientists live.
The Council's HQ:
The HQ is a large building where the council members meet up to discuss important matters. The HQ holds some important documents about important matters and has a library for forbidden books. The West and East Wing of the HQ are housing rooms.
